I hope to delve further into the activities in the Information Technology Sector within Nigeria and also shed light on several other social and economic issues. I am of the belief that there is an excess of raw talent and ideas which have not been tapped into within Nigeria. The tech sector for over a decade now has grown exponentially and is still far from its' full potential. Entrepreneurship is on the rise and is not peculiar to the tech sector alone.

Ageism is a growing factor in the job market that needs to be addressed head-on. In this episode, I talk about a recent experience I had which to me had elements of ageisms written all over it. Did I include my age in my Curriculum Vitae? I sure did not but sometimes one can approximate the age range of a job applicant based on when they completed their secondary education or graduated from high school. In this episode I decided to take a look at experiences I have had because of my skin colour (dark skin) in the midst of black people (people of my own race). Certain negative experiences can alter ones' perception of themselves to a great extent but I also want to believe that it is important for one to love themselves as they are in order to fend off such negative energy. You are unique in your own way and if people do not feel comfortable with that, still love yourself for who you are no matter your skin colour.
