Welcome to Story Time with Dezy! This is a podcast where I tell stories made by me and my story development team. Most of our stories are Frankensteins of several other stories combined into one; for example, some may be famous, others lesser-known. Still, most of our stories are fiction or fantasy-based, while some are also based on real-life events. With these stories, I hope to share the many worlds that we create and the little messages that we leave with them. This podcast is a way for us to set our wings free so we can fly and reach for the stars. We want a chance at publishing and telling our own tales; after all, we want to tell compelling stories about our characters while developing our skills as writers and editors. This is more than just a podcast; it's more the first step in making a change for small writers and authors like us. So, if I can make a change with my words, then I’ll try, one story at a time.

We're so sorry for the long wait, we've ran into some major audio problems but we are starting to slowly get back on track! But before I begin the episode I just want to say thank you to you listeners for the support and patience you have shown us this past year as you helped us build up the courage to put up our stories as entertainment for you. And for helping us better our work by encouraging us to make each episode, and now I know you might think that you're doing nothing but listen to a bunch of people read stories but in reality you guys do help us by listening to our podcast and it makes us happy and thrilled each time we see a new location pop up on our feed, showing us that people really do like our work. So you listeners really do make a difference in our lives and this podcast wouldn't be here without you. But of course a the podcast wouldn't exist as well without my amazing crew. Welcome back to Story Time With Dezy! It's so good to be back and for the summer season! We are so sorry for the late upload we did mean to upload a lot earlier but we had some trouble with our hosting platform but now we have a new one that grants us more freedom and resources to grow. But before we get to the actual episode summary I just want to say thank you so much to Malurpie and Basura for their great work that they contributed to the podcast! We will miss them as people who help the podcast but I still think that our friendship will soar even if we don't work together. But anyways on to the episode! While being wary of Elaine and her intentions, the gang trust her enough to go to a new town to get some much needed supplies for their journey forward, whatever it may be. Making their way to a train station to get a free ride, the team get temporarily separated from Hugo. Hugo wanders the station for a bit looking for his friends but his mind starts playing tricks or maybe someone is watching them. After rejoining with the group after Hugo's misadventure, they are one their way to a new beginning! While Louis is out collecting supplies, Hugo encounters a stranger in the dead of night. After exchanging a few words with the stranger they come to an agreement for the stranger to help them get some supplies for the road in exchange for some supplies for themselves. But will this new character become a helpful ally or a bad foe?

As the gang run away from the battle to at least have a chance to escape but something is not right. Hugo seems off and a bit shaken up by the events that had just ensued. Digging into his mind for some comfort he stumbles upon an old memory of his life before the orphanage, and begins to lose sight of reality as he tries to go back for Nova. Hugo refuses to accept that Nova is gone but Louis snaps him back to reality.

So for this chapter of Metal Plague the group enact their plan to escape to the Fosse. Things are going well and they're on the track to freedom but what happens when Percival and his men begin a battle with the orphans an now they must fight to escape. But not all get to make it out. Hello and welcome back to another episode of Story Time With Dezy! We deeply apologize for the very delayed upload as some of the crew was sick and some were experiencing some technical issues that really backed us up. But we shall fix these problems if possible to bring a quicker upload next week!
So first off this in this episode of Metal Plague the gang has gathered nearly every child in the Fosse to invite them to rebel against their captors. While at first the confrontation was promising it then caused Hugo to have a mental crisis when everyone started to question him and chipped away at his only hope to escape with his friends. But with a comforting touch from Gilbert and Nova, Hugo was able to stand tall amongst the crowd and show them that they do have a chance at escape and live the lives that they want. But once he gives another empowering speech will they listen? Will the rest of the children of the Fosse follow Hugo and his friends? Find out next time of Story Time With Dezy!

Hello and welcome back to another episode of Story Time with Dezy! So Sorry for the late update but a lot of personal events were going on this week and so production was a bit behind schedule!
Anyways on to the chapter!
So this week on Metal Plague Hugo returns to the Fosse where Gilbert and Nova anxiously await his return. After reuniting Gilbert and Nova lead Hugo into on of the many intertwined caverns that connect all across the Fosse. So after a walking a bit they encounter Louis and his lackeys but instead of being furious with Hugo, they acknowledge him as their leader! So after Hugo accepts his role as their leader they come up with a means of escape to try and leave the Fosse and live normal lives. But without any idea on how to make a distraction big enough for them to enact their plans they believe the plan is doomed....that is until Louis suggest that they create a riot.
So will they spread the word to the other orphans? Will the other orphans agree to their plan? Come back next week to find out!

On this episode of Story Time With Dezy we have chapter 8 of Metal Plague and on this chapter Hugo and Louis are taken to meet the big bad of the Story, Percival, as they were to be punished for causing such a ruckus with their fight! But what happens to Louis when he takes the fall for starting the fight? But after talking with Percival Hugo is offered to work with the big bad and a bit more revealed about the past! Will Hugo take the offer? What happens to Louis? Well find out next time!
So sorry for the late upload but a bunch of personal events were going on this week and it severely put us behind schedule so this is why the upload is being updated super late this week. On this episode of Metal Plague we see what happens when Hugo challenges Louis to a fight?! In a tense fight where some wounds were inflicted on our beloved Hugo we see him get the upper hand when he uses his brain to help him win against Louis!

Hello and welcome back to Story Time With Dezy and the second chapter of Metal Plague. Before continuing with the description I just want to say that due to some difficulties with some clashing personal events. I had to fill in for two lines for Gilbert's voice actor. SO sorry if the episode sounds weird because of me filling in for some of those lines. So back to the episode. In this chapter, we visit Hugo and Gilbert as they are getting some groceries for their orphanage even though it may not be the best food. But as they are returning to their orphanage Hugo decides to tell Gilbert about what he witnessed and what he thinks is going on. After a bit of denial, Gilbert agrees with Hugo after they hear the local newsletter boy saying that not just their home is missing children. but after realizing that they have no plan to distract their caretakers to get the evidence that they need. Walking back home in defeat, Hugo suddenly gets inspiration for a plan after witnessing some thunderclouds travel above them. This is the first chapter of our story "Metal Plague". Since the last update, I have gained two new partners to help me in this endeavor, Astrowo, and COR3. These are their discord names as they did not wish for me to expose their real names. So for the actual chapter itself, we are introduced to our main characters Hugo Auch and Gilbert Wilson. We get an insight as to what their day-to-day lives are like, as they play and mess around with each other and do some chores together. But as Hugo is racing Gilbert to the dining hall he accidentally comes across a discovery that changes his perspective of his life in the orphanage. I also want to say that we have sound effects now! So from now on, I'll be adding sound effects to give more of an experience to you listeners out there!
