- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp light rum
- 2 Tbsp dark rum
- 1/4 cup grenadine
Shake all ingredients together over ice and strain over fresh ice. Add a splash more of grenadine on top if desired to create a layered look.

- 8 whole allspice berries

- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
Margaritas
- 2 oz tequilla
- 1 oz spiced simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice
Heat all ingredients for spiced simple syrup together until the sugar is fully dissolved. Strain and chill. Shake all ingredients for margaritas over ice and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick and serve.

Muddle mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup together in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cream of coconut, and rum. Shake and strain into a glass of fresh ice. Top with club soda and stir.

2oz cherry vodka (preferably black cherry)
plain or cherry coke
Fill glass with ice. Pour in vodka and fill the rest of the glass with coke. Stir.
Eclipse: Total Eclipse of the Heart
4oz clementine or orange soda
1.5oz dark rum
Pour soda into small cocktail glass over ice. Gently pour in rum on top (can pour over the back of a spoon as well).
Breaking Dawn Pt. 1: Esme's Island Breeze
2oz vodka
3oz pineapple juice
3oz cranberry juice
Combine ingredients over ice.
Breaking Dawn Pt. 2: Friends and Allies
Fresh mint leaves (~10)
2oz white rum
Squeeze lime juice
2 tbsp simple syrup
12 oz Friends and Allies Blackberry Berliner Weisse
Muddle fist four ingredients together in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice and add beer to the top of the glass.

2 cups boiling water

Instructions
Cream together the first 6 ingredients. Add the rum and boiling water and stir until the butter melts. Pour into individual serving cups and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
