I used my organization's EAP to get additional counseling and coaching for mental wellness and clarity. The resource allowed me the time and space to ask myself the right questions regarding my professional journey. It has me questioning my entire career path and aspirations... but in a good way. Using my Employer's EAP (at that time) allowed me start my pivot to peace.
