My guest today, Jaime B. Haas, is founder of the Jaime B.
Haas Method, a guided process that draws from spirituality, positive psychology, mindfulness and life experiences.
The Method helps individuals heal from intergenerational, societal and emotional trauma, freeing them to reconnect with their personal power, gain clarity on what they really want to achieve in life, and dismantle any deep-seated beliefs holding them back from moving forward.
Her work is motivated by a painful past until, at 40, she came to a place of complete surrender. Her approach is rooted in the belief that when you focus on finding the root of the pain and the
related stories you’ve told yourself you will be able to change the way you see yourself and the world.
Known to her clients as the Soul Surgeon, they say her Method has helped heal wounds that no other modality, including therapy, was able to help them achieve and find lasting love—starting with
themselves.

This framework was a game changer for me when I learned about it and I can't wait to share it with you today! For those who don't know, a hierarchy is a system that ranks certain things more or less important than others and builds on each level. For nutrition for example, the most important and fundamental level is energy balance. Having energy balance completely dialed in will make a huge difference in your life. After that, focusing on micronutrients is important but only first if we establish a solid energy balance. I'll explain the entire hierarchy of nutrition and my hope is that you can use this as a starting block for where you need to put your focus with your nutrition.

One of the biggest issues I've dealt with in the past and what I see women continue to struggle with is the idea of food guilt and shame. We've been taught by Hollywood and commercials that carbs are bad, we should eat as little food as possible, and some of our favorite foods will make us fat. Not only is this damaging but it's just not true. I'll explain my thoughts around food guilt and restriction, the idea of moderation, and of course plugging the journal club because it absolutely helped me in many ways but this way in particular.

What will surrendering bring you? More than you could possibly imagine! Kute Blackson is a transformational speaker and national best-selling author of "You.Are.The.One." and recently released a new new book, "The Magic of Surrender". With a high social media profile, he has been featured on the Larry King Now Show, Impact Theory, Bulletproof Radio, and many more.
With everything going on in the world, there’s never been a more important time to discuss the topic of surrender. The Magic of Surrender is a guide to move you past inner struggle to discover the power of letting go of control and how letting go leads to more. Typically surrender is considered passive. Kute wants to show people it isn’t about giving up, it’s about being strong and courageous. It’s about tapping in. This inspiring book shows how surrender is a key factor in the lives of so many great people throughout history and shows how readers can move past barriers in their life to discover the freedom and possibility on the other side of surrender.

Setting a big goal has nothing to do with losing weight. Our guest today Camille Marin Martin is a registered dietitian, public health writer, and former chronic dieter dedicated to helping women quit
dieting, set bigger and better goals, reclaim their excitement for life — and lose weight in the process. She spent nearly 25 years of her life on a diet, and she’s passionate about showing women how to break free from the downward dieting spiral of failure and improve their relationship with food, change their destructive habits and negative thought patterns, and lose weight without dieting. She also wants to show women how setting and achieving a big goal that has nothing to do with losing weight is what will help you lose it – because the confident, inspired person you become while working toward it naturally adopts the thoughts and habits consistent with health.

Ever wondered what the journey of climbing Mount Everest would be like? My guest today has not only climbed Mount Everest but has also climbed the highest peaks on all seven continents.
Vivian James Rigney is an executive coach at Inside Us and the author of the upcoming book, "Naked at the Knife-Edge: What Everest Taught Me About Leadership and the Power of Vulnerability".
A compelling and often harrowing true account of Rigney’s experience conquering Everest—the seventh and final peak of the Seven Summits he’d faced—Naked at the Knife-Edge offers a unique window into lessons on leadership and what it takes to succeed in any circumstance.
After enduring avalanches, sub-zero temperatures, and tragedy unfolding around him and his team, the roller coaster of pain, self-reflection, questioning, and above all, loneliness, left Rigney with an ego in tatters. It was then that he discovered an awakening of what real purpose and legacy actually is.

I'm so excited to have on a very special guest Dr. Delatorro L. McNeal! Dr. Delatorro advises people to shift from simple goal setting to transformational goal getting by taking small steps that can equal big changes in your life.
With close to 20 years of experience working with high achievers globally, he says, “In order to get 1% better each day, the first step is to make room by shedding things in life that are weighing you down. Your goals and dreams need space to grow, and you can’t start your journey if you haven’t first made room!”
Delatorro has been featured on national and worldwide television networks including BET, FOX, ABC, NBC, TBN, and Oxygen, as well as syndicated radio shows across America. He is the host of a transformational new podcast, Crushing Life With Delatorro, and produced the world’s first business reality TV show centered on public speaking, THE KEYNOTE.

Do you find yourself doing well for a period of time during your weight loss journey and COMPLETELY wreck it either consciously or unconsciously? There are many reasons for this but it's called self-sabotaging. While I still self-sabotage with things in my life, I'm aware of them and constantly working on them. Joining the journal club will absolutely help with this but I want to share some other tactics and share questions with you to determine if you're self-sabotaging and what to do about it.

Are you taking time to set goals and plans of action or are you just hoping for the things you want to happen? I used to think goal setting was corny but that was before I knew their power. You can make anything happen in your life with the right set of steps and goal setting is absolutely one of those steps. Listen in as I explain what goal setting is, what SMART goals are, and what framework I use for setting yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily goals.

I get asked a lot, "How do you stay so motivated?" Truthfully, I've figured out that motivation isn't the key driver to action or success. I don't want you to be discouraged by that truth though. While it took time, I trained and developed discipline in my life that, on the outside, looks like motivation. I'm sure you've heard this from a lot of other coaches too but I want to break down why you have control over your discipline if you put the time in to train it vs motivation which is fleeting and unreliable.

After taking the first 3 episodes to explain my journey through fitness, business, and personal development, I wanted this episode to be jam-packed with value and this is one of my favorite topics to talk about. Daily routines and more importantly, morning routines.
When my clients start to slip and they aren't getting the results they want, the first thing to fray is their morning routine. It sets you up for success for the rest of the day so I will explain step by step what my morning routine looks like and whether you're starting from scratch or just looking to improve, I'll also share where to start with your morning routine.
