In this episode, we discuss weight loss and the things I’ve attempted to lose weight. According to my BMI, i’ve been considered overweight my entire life. Let’s dive into what it feels like to be on a weight loss journey with no success and some of the things im curently doing to help me on my weight loss journey. Weight loss is a very sensitive topic and in my opinion, you need to be comfortable with the party you are discussing it with.
