Do you know of anyone ior perhaps yourselve with ADHD, Anxiety or Dyslexia? I know several people with one or the other. Have you. ever heard of Retained Primitive Reflex? ADHD and Retained Primitive Reflex are closely linked, with research suggesting that the persistence of primitive reflexes beyond infancy can contribute to ADHD symptoms. Not all individuals with ADHD have retained reflexes, and not all individuals with retained reflexes have ADHD, there is a significant overlap between the two, and addressing retained reflexes can be a component of ADHD management.

I hope that you enjoy your baby and don not hesitate to ask for help and when they nap you need to nap. You will need to rest so that you can be alert when baby is awake. Enjoy your little one as much as you can. Hold them and love them, because life is short. They will be teens before you know it.

Ghosted... No not just for Halloween. Have you ever been ghosted? No, I don't mean someone tried to scare you! Ghosted is when someone just falls off the face of the earth. You have been chatting, texting and then BAM .. Nothing, , Nada, zilch, gone. That is being ghosted. Here is my take on it.

So what is it that you are tempted to do? I have been in that situation and pretty sure that I will be put in some sort of temptation again in my life.
I don't mean cheating on my husband and we have to remember that there are many forms of temptation such as eating. Look at Adam and Eve they were tempted and took a simple apple .
Temptation can mean Overeating, laziness, porn, drinking, drugs, procrastination, gossip and yes the list goes on. Well, I happen to have both and let me tell you that this is what gets me through each and everyday. If you have days and the you wandering literally wandering in your head then in my opinion God is the answer to help see you through life and if not Pollyana syndrome is another way to help yourself.
I would be lost in life if I didn't have my faith.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and if it was an oops pregnancy congratulations on that too. Trust me you will be so happy and forget about how your life is about to change. You'll hold that little bundle and wonder "What the heck just happen?!' Honestly, having a baby is a very rewarding job, but you need to take care of yourself and make sure that you love yourself and love your sweet baby. They are fragile,but they literally grow so fast and you have enjoy each and everyday and yes, you may have bad days, but guess you get to start all over the next and you will learn to make each everyday better and better for baby and you.
Now to preeclampsia. Do you know what is is? I didn't until the last few weeks. The best advice that I can give you is to talk to your doctor before, during and after pregnancy.
If you do not have health insurance you can still get the help here in Texas.
Texas Health and Human Services resources Benefits can include pregnancy Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, and support services like resources for caregivers and mental health programs. Call 211 or 877-541-7905 for help over the phone for applications.
Every state in the U.S. has help for those in need. Just call 211 and ask for assistance in your state.

It is time for kids to be back in school and for many parents they went home and had mimosas to celebrate the house being empty and, yet for some they went home and sobbed that their babies are growing up. It's very hard to let go, but if you've done your best raising your little ones than you have nothing to worry about. They will make mistakes as you did and hopefully learn from them as you hopefully did. Here are my thoughts of letting go and yes, even when they grow up it's hard.

First of all I need to tell you that this is not a review on any movies. It's my want to see certain summer movies. I haven't had time to see any, because like the rest of the world I have been busy and not made the time to see them.

The importance of teaching your children how to save themselves in a pool if they should fall in. Some kids have no idea that if fall in that they could drown. If they wear floatees and think I can swim they may try it without having them on. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER TURN YOUR BACK IF A CHILD IS NEAR A POOL.

Hello Summer and Hello Cancun! Have you planned a vacation for this summer or next? I highly recommend that you think about Mexico. Absolutely beautiful. Royalton Riviera Cancun. This resort was great and no we were not scared of going. Do you know how many people asked if we were scared of going there? No, I. figure if that I could be walking down the street anywhere in the U.S. and something could happen. Face your fear and it will disappear.

More than likely we did this to them only, because we have given them and I mean given them EVERYTHING! Some parents were silently counting the days for their kids to move out and yet the days have turned into months and then years. What do you do now? No longer having someone to have a meal with, no one to watch a movie with and no one to text. My famous words of wisdom is that "You'll be Fine!" You really will be fine. It may take some time to heal your broken heart, but the good news is that you are not alone in this break-up. Don't beg for them to return more than likely they have moved on. Hard to hear that,but that means that you can too. Move on and start living again. Dating isn't the easiest thing to do,but know that you will be fine and time heals all wounds. My opinion on this is what all children/teens should know before leaving the nest for college or getting married (God forbid getting married at a young age) they must know how to scramble an egg, make toast, PBJ sandwich, know how to do laundry, and please when teaching them these life skills please be patient and don't confuse them with water temperature for clothes and use cold for everything, social skills and most importantly to be KIND.
Now remember that you are being watched non-stop by your kids in your mannerism, kindness, words and how you treat each other.

Stay At Home Dads! Wow, what a concept. There are so many families struggling to find good child care and sometimes don't even think to consider that dad can stay home. Believe it or not there are more and more dads are staying home and raising and doing the aka housewife job and becoming househusband. Who came up with that title? For gosh sakes so silly. The list of being at home with your children is endless. Definitely one of the hardest jobs known to mankind/womankind.

Have you ever gone through a hurtful relationship and decided that you will NEVER fall in love again. You will never allow yourself to fall in the arms of someone that said they would love you forever. Yet, you miss arms of another and yet choose to never, ever love again.
You can love again and you may have a few heartbreaks, but guess what? You will survive and learn from each relationship. To apologize to someone is and can be so hard to do, but it may be even harder to forgive someone. Sometimes we hurt someone's feelings without even knowing. They just become standoffish and you wonder what happen. This goes back to learning "think before you speak." I am notorious for not thinking sometimes. And then there is forgiveness and some people just can't get past the hurt. We all need time to heal,but remember life is too short and we are not promised tomorrow. So apologize and forgive.

Who doesn't lie? I think that it is just in our nature to tell a lie so not have to visit someone or hurt someone's feelings that you don't want to go to their event. We all have lied in our life and I say that I don't lie, but if you dye your hair outrageous red and it isn't becoming and you love it I might lie and say it looks glamorous on you. Which one are you? Introvert or Extrovert ? Do you have friends? I have been blessed with friends. For some they walk in a room and it's as if the crowd have parted like the Red Sea and for others it's in a corner moving side to side along with the music with a drink in hand alone. Let's just hope there is actually music to be moving to. Well, you have come to right place 😂 I will give you some ideas that my close friend Google and I have come up with. After making this podcast I found out there is such a thing about being both introvert and extrovert and it's called Ambivert. So this describes me. We can flip into either depending on our moods. Are you a worrier? I use to be, but no longer am.
Why ? Faith. Do you have faith? Where did I get it? Definitely not at a store or online shopping. Did you know that worrying can literally make some sick? Some may think that I don't have feelings, but I do. I would do anything in my humanly power to help someone. I live in the now, not in the past and definitely not in the future. Praying can help some worry less and for me it gets me through the day. Hopefully this episode will help you worry less and pray more. Pray for peace.

Holy Smokes can you believe that we are already in June? I can't. I love summer and it is time to have fun! I would like to "Welcome all the new people to Texas!" Cell phones aren't just for adults anymore. This is a must have gadget that we use daily and some have to go to therapy just to tear themselves from it.(I am not kidding!) It's up to us to give up the idol that we must have 24-7 and learn how to balance our lives without it. Are cell phones bad? No, but some of us let it control us like we let bad relationship control us. Some people are even judged by what type of phone they have. Can we live without them? Yes, but do we want to? No. I know that I don't want to live without it. We can change this only if we want. I can't leave the house without it and if I do I start to hyperventilate .
