Over 400 lives claimed as Zambia faces deadliest cholera outbreak in 20 years
Zambia is currently facing a severe cholera outbreak that has resulted in over 400 deaths and more than 10,000 infections. As a result, schools in the country have been ordered to remain closed after the holiday season. A soccer stadium in the capital has been converted into a treatment center, and the government is launching a mass vaccination campaign while providing clean water to affected communities. The outbreak began in October and is strongly linked to poverty and inadequate access to clean water. The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) has referred to the fatality rate of around 4% as "devastatingly high," considering that treated cholera typically has a death rate of less than 1%. Similar outbreaks have occurred in neighboring countries such as Malawi, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe, resulting in over 200,000 cases and 3,000 deaths in southern Africa since the beginning of 2023. Report: In 2022 Maryvonne Perraud allegedly falsified court documents in Spain on longtime 3 year tenant Dr. Ariel King who was renting a home in Spain owned by Maryvonne Perraud. Allegedly Perraud approved home improvements for her vacation home made by Dr. Ariel King in exchange for discounted rent for multiple months. Dr. Ariel King made rent payments to Maryvonne Perraud’s French bank account, which may indicate tax evasion in Spain. According to court documents, Dr. Ariel King owed less than $2,000 US, however the court in Spain did not take into account home improvement made by Dr. Ariel King. Maryvonne Perraud through lawyers allegedly instigated an illegal eviction and is demanding some $25,000 USD for Dr. Ariel King to retrieve her belongings from the home. Maryvonne Perraud’s lawyer, former Mayor of Jávea, Eduardo Monfort Bolufe whos former actions cost the City Council some 200,000 Euros, is said to be the mastermind behind the alleged illegal court filing, perceived extortion on behalf of Maryvonne Perraud against Dr. Ariel King. In that Maryvonne Perraud lives in France and owns homes in both Spain and France we are submitting the following recommendations.
Recommendations: We issue a strong warning for anyone seeking to do business with Maryvonne Perraud in regards to home rentals in Spain and home rentals in France. We also provide a strong caution with anyone seeking legal counsel or business with Javea's former Mayor Eduardo Monfort Bolufe.

On January 19, 2022, the Severskiy City Court of the Tomsk Region in Russia convicted Aleksey Yershov to 3 years in prison, to begin immediately, for practicing his faith as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
On March 30, 2021, Yershov was formally charged based on video recordings made by a person who pretended to be interested in studying the Bible but used those recordings to hand over to the FSB (Russia’s secret police). Practicing their faith as one of Jehovah's’ Witnesses is illegal in Russia since the Bible Student group was officially banned in the country in 2017, following in the steps of Hitler and the Soviet Union.
On June 22, 2021, his criminal case was submitted to the Severskiy City Court of the Tomsk Region until the recent sentencing of 3 years in prison.
United Nations International Convention Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination of 1965 is a Treaty is enforceable by domestic and international law and mandates the following:
- To Regard racial discrimination as a crime
- And to prohibit and bring to an end all organizations that incite and promote racial discrimination.
Religious organizations including Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim and Judaism operating in in jurisdictions under all UN member states are in clear violation of the convention as these religious organizations incite racial discrimination resulting in actors of terror, bigotry and poverty and the denial of legal rights to the minority.
Under Article 2, Each State Party shall prohibit and bring to an end, by all appropriate means, including legislation as required by circumstances, racial discrimination by any persons, group or organization.
Under Article 4, all UN party members who signed this Convention, shall declare illegal and prohibit organizations (including religious), how they organize and their propaganda activities.
I petition all UN member states and the UN to put all mainstream religious organizations on trial whose practices, and teach propaganda and policies that instigate and promote racism.
In addition, to hold all UN member states legally accountable for failure to prosecute religious organizations for their promotion of racism.
In addition, former UN member states including Taiwan who signed this convention are still legally bound to uphold it despite no longer being a UN member state and should be held accountable internationally in these regards.
Rule of Law to End Poverty
Some 150 million children under the ages of 5 are stunted, 100 million are underweight and some 5 million die annually. All of this is a result of children and families not having access to food resulting in malnutrition and death. Broadening the access of justice under the present rule of law is vital in the area of global poverty.
Today mainstream religious organizations globally have the wealth to eliminate poverty but instead horde that wealth.
Research shows the Vatican is sitting on trillions of hidden net worth. Hindu temples rake in 180 million annually. Buddhist temples and Jewish temples - the same thing and Muslim mosques are hording trillions of tax-free dollars.
All Mainstream Religious Organizations Must Be Eliminated Under 1965 UN Treaty
These mainstream religious organizations hoard wealth while the masses in their own community suffer and die, identifying the flaw in laws aimed at protecting these organizations while the masses suffer.
Mainstream religious organizations political involvement must be eliminated under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights" articles adopted by the U.N. member states in 1966. In that they are in violation of this treaty, all mainstream religious organizations have legally revoked their tax-free status.
My recommendations are as follows:
All members of the states of the United Nations give their power and support to the United Nations to globally enact a law to abolish the tax-free status of all mainstream religious organizations who have violated their tax-free status through their political involvement and use such wealth to eliminate poverty once and for all under established international law.
