It's been ten years since moviegoing audiences returned to Middle-Earth for the first instalment of The Hobbit trilogy, itself debuting almost a decade after the commercial, critical, and cultural phenomenon that was The Lord of the Rings.
Director Peter Jackson and many of the same creative team returned to take on the tale of Bilbo Baggins, the Company of Dwarves, and the quest to reclaim a lost kingdom from the dragon Smaug. Whilst this follow-up enjoyed reasonable box office success, critics and audiences agreed that it struggled to shine beneath the shadow of its forebear.

A game-changing mid-90s blockbuster that spawned a franchise spanning six movies over nearly three decades...and yet all the rest have not been received anywhere near as positively as the original? That's, that's chaos theory, and that's the focus of this latest Poditive Spin where we return to the wilds of Isla Nublar (aka. 'Site B').
The Lost World: Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park III saw lukewarm reactions at best from audiences and critics, neither seen as being able to step out from under the gargantuan shadow of Steven Spielberg's dino disaster movie.
