"My Voice for Peace" is the official podcast of IWPG UK. Through this series we hope to share and celebrate the unheard narratives of women in the UK and Ireland, and to spread a culture of peace both locally and across the globe.
We speak with Hira Aftab and Maryam Khan who are both co-founders of Our World Too - a platform for refugees and displaced individuals to share their narratives in a space not influenced by political agendas or negative stereotypes. As an international peace group for women we wanted to give an opportunity to have the voices of those who have had to flee their country and seek asylum heard as well as shedding light on the hope and necessity of peace today.
