Hope is almost 26 years old. She has learned and persevered a lot. She has encountered emotional sensitivity, emotionally absent parents, covert narcissism, suicide, self harm, leaky gut, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance, depression and anxiety.
She has also used many things to heal:
Veganism, talk therapy, EMDR, chiropractors, naturopaths, kinesiology, QNRT and more.
The cause and effects of symptoms are not what she was lead to believe.
The list is always growing and we are always ascending. This is Hope's story so far as she continues to ascending into goddesses.
Rachel is the co-host of Goddesses Ascending!
Rachel has spent 26 years in her current body in this current lifetime. Things have not always been easy for Rachel. She has endured many obstacles such as:
emotional sensitivity, loneliness, depression, anxiety, chronic headaches, weight gain, fatigue, digestive upset, sugar addiction and narcists to name a few.
She has utilized many things to help herself heal: therapy, chiropractic, nutrition, homeopath, muscle testing and QNRT to name a few!
The list is always growing and we are always ascending. This is Rachels story so far - as she continues ascending into godlessness. <3
