Bec has been diagnosed with SIBO which is a gut health issue relating to a bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine. She has been undergoing a SUPER restrictive diet program to begin the healing process and in this episode we talk about how thats been going.

Dmitri is a good friend who we don't see as often as we should. He has busted his ass for years to turn his life around including taking part of some extremely difficult challenges like 75Hard by Andy Frisella, paid off some large debts, become a source of motivation and found an amazing partner to do life with.
