In this episode of Breaking It Down, Yogin welcomes Glen Dandridge (@glendandridgejr). Glen is an ex-professional basketball player, currently working as an actor, model, and photographer in Los Angeles, California. In today’s episode, Glen shares his basketball career overseas, playing on the NBA Summer League as well as some crucial moments that made Glen completely pivot his career and find massive success on an unconventional path as a model/actor. Glen has modeled for Lululemon, Levi’s, Dockers, Lexus, FitBit, NBA 2K, and much more. He has also been cast in many television shows, including HBO’s Ballers.
Glen attended Goochland High School in Goochland, Virginia for his freshman and sophomore years and then transferred to Mount Zion Academy and later went on to play for Missouri and Lambuth University in the NCAA. He started his professional career in Morocco, winning the league championship. During his career, he played in over 7 different countries including the EuroLeague. Today, Glen is working as a successful model, photographer, and actor in Los Angeles, California.

Lionell Ball is an entrepreneur, visionary and digital marketer raised in Detroit, Michigan. Early on, Lionell learned what it’s like to not have the resources and access to mentors that many of us take for granted. After moving to Phoenix, Arizona, he learned marketing through various classes and eventually landed a job at Facebook where he led accounts to the likes of Oreo, Nike, and other multi-million-dollar SAAS companies. He eventually left Facebook in 2019 to start his own agency Inflect Digital with co-founder Anuroop Kumar.
