Petrushka the podcast is hosted by Nina Petroniva. This podcast is my rallying call for women who dare to be fearless in a world that demands silence and a smile of women. We advocate for women to stand up, speak up and be amazing and be valuable contributors to the community through leadership: From domestic service to the boardroom and enjoy all the privileges of being equal to males. We are unapologetic, phenomenal women and we are feminists.
The unequal division of domestic labour does not seem to come to an end soon. Should women in relationships be paid an extra allowance for carrying the home burden?
I speak about the book that brought the spark to my interest in women's causes, I realized some unconscious biases that stood in my way and finally went to the mental gym and exercising my truth in leaning in especially in the corporate world where the other gender seems to have taken ownership and so we MUST lean in to gain even half the ground.
In this episode I speak about what I am letting go of- the Fear paralysis.
