Cracking open "The Books" this week to pull back the curtain on business budget 101. Wade and Kristin discuss three parts your budget needs from day one: The Buildout, The Budget, and the Profit and Loss (P&L).
It is tempting to be intimidated by budgets and numbers, but this crucial step is one every entrepreneur must make to ensure their business plan is viable.
This week they also introduce two recurring segments, "Shop Talk" and "Recipe Time" as they continue to march towards opening their coffee shop.
