Hello Everyone.
Its @angiesings once again and today, im doing a song by Nathaniel Bassey. Thanks to all those who supported my week 149 submission. I was priviledged to be the co winner for that week. I really appreciate the recognition.
It was indeed an honour and hope you enjoy my submission for this week. Though coming late, i hope you enjoy it as you did the other time.
As a child of God, the only thing God needs is praise and worship from you.
This song does justice to how magnificent God is.
You are God
You are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourself
You are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourself
Uh uh uh uh oh yeah
You've got times and seasons in your hands
You called for light out of darkness
You don't need a man to be the God you are
But you have chosen to call me your own
Oh you are you are God from beginning to the end to the end
There's no place for argument
Oh you are God all by yourself
You are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourself
You've got times and seasons in your hands oh oh oh oh oh
You called for light out of darkness
You don't need a man to be the God you are you need no other man
But in your mercy in your mercy you've called us your own eh eh
You are God you are God from beginning to the end hallelujah
There's no place for argument oh
You are God all by yourself

Hello Everyone.
Today Im priveledge to present this song to you through hive open mic. I have been away for a while. I used to post on hive open mic but for some time, i was offchain. With my return, i will continue to participate in the weekly submissions.
The theme for this week is Travel and i wanted to journey with you through what is eternal. My performance is on a song called the Heart of Worship. In efforts to draw closer to our maker, we make decisions and walk through places that are not even required of us. This song brings into light, what is really required which is the heart.
A wise man once said that home is where your heart is and indeed that statement is true. That is why it is useless to give your body,
time and property without adding your time to God. God requires true worship from all who worship Him. I hope this song makes understand what He requires of you. Be blessed.
Lyrics Below:
When the music fades
All is stripped away
And I simply come
Longing just to bring
Something that's of worth
That will bless your heart
I'll bring you more than a song
For a song in itself
Is not what you have required
You search much deeper within
Through the way things appear
You're looking into my heart
I'm coming back to the heart of worship
And it's all about you,
It's all about you, Jesus
I'm sorry, Lord, for the thing I've made it
When it's all about you,
It's all about you, Jesus
King of endless worth
No one could express
How much you deserve
Though I'm weak and poor
All I have is yours
Every single breath
I'll bring you more than a song
For a song in itself
Is not what you have required
You search much deeper within
Through the way things appear
You're looking into my heart
I'm coming back to the heart of worship
And it's all about you,
It's all about you, Jesus
I'm sorry, lord, for the thing I've made it
And it's all about you,
It's all about you, Jesus
I'm coming back to the heart of worship,
And it's all about you,
It's all about you, Jesus
I'm sorry, Lord, for the thing I've made it
And it's all about you,
It's all about you, Jesus
It's all about you
It's all about you
It's all about you
It's all about you
It's all about you
It's all about you

Hello Everyone. I am excited to be back finally after more than 1 year hiatus from Afritunes competition.
I bring greetings and fresh energy to @ksam, @ovey10 @jessicaossom @hopestylist and all the participantes in Afritunes. Time really flies. I feel it was just like yesterday when I last posted. That brings me back to my cover for week 149. I am performing a song titled, Life is Short by Bernice Ofei who is a seasoned Ghanaian artist with several awards. The writer of the song did justice to the book of Ecclestiates as it gives perfect summary of it.
Lets take a moment to ponder and reflect on how quickly time flies. It was but just a moment ago that i conceived. Fast forward, 1 year 5 months and my daughter has already started school. Looking at how time quickly flew by, we need to make good use of now. The best way to do that is to remember our creator in each of our dealings.
Listen to the song. Ponder and meditate over it. I believe you will be blessed by it as it contains a lot of truths that can make your life better.
Below is the lyrics of the song
It was but yesterday, you were a baby
But so soon you′re growing too
And before you know it you've become a lady
Or a man with children too
Then your health and strength begin to fail you
And you say "Now, what shall I do?"
Because the days and years you may have wasted
May be memories haunting you
So you see, my brother, that life is so short
It passes by so quickly and soon it′s gone
You just have one life to live on earth
So remember your Creator while you have breath
So you see, my brother, that life is so short
It passes so quickly and soon it's gone
You just have one life to live on earth
So remember your Creator while you have breath

Hello Afritunes, it’s a new week and I’m glad to be a part again. I have been away for a very long time and that’s not intentional 😂. It was beyond my control. I got pregnant and could barely sing so I couldn’t participate but it’s all for the best. So this week I’m doing a song by Nathaniel Bassey titled Adonai. The lyrics of the song are actually a scripture from
Psalm 113:3-4
"From the rising of the sun to its going down
The Lord’s name is to be praised.
4 The Lord is high above all nations,
His glory above the heavens."
It’s a beautiful thing to exalt the name of our creator for that is the reason why we were made,to exalt Him. While we have breath and have a chance to be be able to speak this is the time to exalt him.
What really inspired me to sing this song is what I went through during the last few weeks of my pregnancy. One question I always ask is what if I was never able to sing again, what if I was not able to praise the Lord with the voice He had given me again. That is not to say we can only praise Him through songs but at least for me, I think I do it better through music. It became practical and clear to me when people say we do not value what we have until it is lost. It has not only thought me a lesson but also made me much more appreciative of the gift God has given me.
So friends while we still can, let’s exalt the one who can give and take from us at will and praise and appreciate Him for who He is.
Please pardon me if there are a few hitches here and there😂 I’m still recovering. But all the same I’m grateful to God be a part of this wonderful family again. God bless us all and I hope this song is an encouragement to some to praise the Lord more… thank you
Lyrics of Adonai :
Adonai Lyrics by Nathaniel Bassey
Can you give him a shout of praise
Adonai
Sing adonai
Adonai
Adonai
Adonai
Calling him adonai
Adonai
Adonai
Adonai
From the rising of the sun
To the setting of the same
Your name is to be hallowed
Adonai.......

Hello family…
HAPPY AFRI-ANNIVERSARY!!!! ❤️
It’s yet another wonderful week and it’s our anniversary 💃🏻💃🏻 Yaaaah. I couldn’t wait and it’s finally here by the grace of God. I may not have been here when this all began but I can attest to the fact that this is a wonderful family that anyone would want to join.
The wonderful people here @ksam and all other wonderful administrators (so sorry I couldn’t mention all). It’s been wonderful knowing you all and I know this is just the beginning of more wonderful victories.
May the sound of rejoicing always fill this house and May the love that we share abound. I hope that this anniversary comes with more open doors and freedom.
May the Lord do for us all what no man has done for us or can do for us.
May ways be made for us where there seems to be no way ahead.
Thank you so much @jesus son,@sholex ,@ ovey10 and to everyone for all your encouragement. I’m blessed to be a part of this family .
I decided to sing this song because it encourages me and teaches me to give God all the praise and acknowledge Him when he does something for me. I can only attribute all the good things in my life to him. All I have and will ever have is His doing and marvellous in my sight. I hope we all can relate and please enjoy this song with me.
God bless us all

Casting Crowns.
Hello family and friends. It is another wonderful week again and I’m so glad to be here. This week I am doing a song by Nathaniel Bassey Casting Crowns.
The twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying, (Revelation 4:10, ESV)
I wanted to sing his song to bring back to our minds that God is great and greatly to be praised. Even the twenty four elders lay down their crowns to worship him how much more we human beings.
All that we are and ever will be is thanks to Him and the least we can do is to appreciate him by lifting up our hearts, voices and everything He has given us to glorify Him.We do these things not because of what we want but because of who He is. I hope we ponder over these things and give Him all the worship he deserves.
Below are the lyrics to the song for you to sing along

One with God the Lord Most High
Your hidden glory in creation
Now revealed in You our Christ

What a beautiful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a beautiful Name it is
Nothing compares to this
What a beautiful Name it is
The Name of Jesus
Verse 2
You didn’t want heaven without us
So Jesus You brought heaven down
My sin was great Your love was greater
What could separate us now
Chorus 2
What a wonderful Name it is
What a wonderful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a wonderful Name it is
Nothing compares to this
What a wonderful Name it is
The Name of Jesus

The Name of Jesus
Bridge
Death could not hold You
The veil tore before You
You silence the boast of sin and grave
The heavens are roaring
The praise of Your glory
For You are raised to life again
You have no rival
You have no equal
Now and forever God You reign
Yours is the kingdom
Yours is the glory
Yours is the Name above all names
Chorus 3

What a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a powerful Name it is
Nothing can stand against
What a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus

Hello fellow Music Lovers.
I'm thrilled to share with you my latest music cover of The Lord Thy God the Christian version of Perfect by Edsheeran which I had the pleasure of performing and recording recently. It is one of my alltime favorite songs as i can closely relate with the lyrics. Unlike any of the songs that i have performed, this song was written by Bishop Dag-Heward Mills and originally sung by Keziah Saint Claire.
Every singer has a unique approach to song and i believe my cover will inspire different sets of people. The original rendition by Keziah is captivating and i will recommend you all to watch it. I will provide a link to it below.
I recorded the cover in a small invented studio with my husband @tj4real as my major skilled engineer, who worked tirelessly to capture the essence of my performance. We dedicated numerous hours perfecting the mix, ensuring that the instrumentals and vocal was harmoniously balanced. The product of which I am well excited to share. Its has by far been a wonderful experience and i have learnt a thing or two from it.
I appreciate your effort by spending time to listen to this cover. I pray the hands of God will reach out to you as you listen to this wonderful piece. May he fill you with up as you listen to this song.
Sing along with me as you follow the lyrics of the song below:
The Lord Thy God
Where are you, Lord?
Where can I find You?
You must be in this room,
Right by my side
I wanna feel You
I wanna believe
Experience Your mighty presence with me
The Lord thy God in the midst of thee,
He is the mighty God
He will save thee, will
rejoice over thee with joy
God in the midst of thee
He will rest in his love
He will joy over thee with singing, ooh yeah
Ooh, mm yeah
Right by my side
Oh such power
Such a presence everywhere I go
If You will not go with me
I don’t wanna go there
I don’t want to have anything where You are not involved
The Lord thy God in the midst of thee,
He is the mighty God
He will save thee,
will rejoice over thee with joy
God in the midst of thee
He will rest in his love
He will joy over thee with singing,
Right by my side
You are here oh Lord
Your presence, Lord
That is what I need
Everywhere that I go
In every place that I am
I want to feel the presence of God
Standing right by me
Standing right by me
Right by my side
Here with me
Come with me, Lord
Come and be close
Feel You like the wind
Blowing over my face
When I open my eyes, I want to see You there
The Lord thy God in the midst of thee,
He is the mighty God
He will save thee, will
rejoice over thee with joy
God in the midst of thee
He will rest in his love
He will joy over thee with singing,
Interlude
The Lord thy God in the midst of thee,
He is the mighty God
He will save thee, will
rejoice over thee with joy
God in the midst of thee
He will rest in his love
He will joy over thee with singing,
The Lord thy God in the midst of thee,
He is the mighty God
He will save thee, will
rejoice over thee with joy
God in the midst of thee
He will rest in his love
He will joy over thee with singing

Hello Everyone.

It has really been a great opportunity to find myself in such a wonderful family. The past few weeks on this platform have been wonderful by the grace of God even though it hasn’t been so easy to maintian consistency.
This week, I will be doing a song; miracle worker by Glowreeyah Braimah featuring Nathaniel Bassey. I don't have a stunning reason for choosing this song but something just kept impressing it on my heart.I may just be doing this song for someone I do not know of.
But if there is anything I want us to know it is the fact that God is a miracle working God who can come through for us even in the most devastating conditions when it seems all hope is lost. There are certain things that happen in our lives that we know deep within that it could only be a miracle.
If we will only believe Gid I know that He can bring to pass those healings that we have always waited and prayed for.
I hope someone reading this and listening to the song will be blessed. God bless us all and thank you family once again for all the support and love. I appreciate it. @ksam, God bless you for all the advise through all this while.
Below is the lyrics of the song

Hello Everyone. Im excited ones again to bring to you another cover. Afritunes is a wonderful community and i love the warmth i have received since i joined. Today marks week 48 and im excited to bring to you my cover on Way Maker originally made by Sinach.
I have been enjoying the number one position for 2 weeks continuous and im grateful for the appreciation. I least expected my entry of last week to be the top pick but i was glad it was. Its a song i love so much and i am glad many people enjoyed it as well. You can catch my previous entry here if you missed
Now to this week. There are a lot of times in our lives that we seem to have reached a place where we do not seem to see anyway ahead . I remember the story of the Israelites in the land of Egypt when they had to cross the Red Sea. It looked impossible because I don’t think they thought a way was going to be made through the sea ’impossible’ right, but there and then God came through and there was hope where there seemed to be no hope. A way was made
In our lives today, each and everyone of us have our different red seas that we may want to cross but there seems to be no way, it looks like we are not making any headway in spite of all our efforts. One thing I have always believed is this scripture which says in John 12:32 that ‘ if I be lifted up I will draw all men to myself’. I believe one of the ways to get God into our affairs and to come through for us and make a way in our lives and difficult situations is by worshiping him.
That May not be the first idea that comes into your mind when we are going through these hurdles , but all we need to do is trust His word for what it is and I believe it is only then that He can come in and make a way as the song ‘way maker’ says. It is only when we worship Him that he can come and touch our lives and turn things around for our good.
He can only move if we allow Him to and if He is with us. And one sure way of getting His presence with us i by worship.I can talk all day but I hope God gives us a deeper understanding of this song than we used to have.
Thanks family
Below is the lyrics of the song so that you can sing and enjoy along.

He's always on top
He's a way maker
...
It doesn't matter how long it takes
Lift up your hands and worship
Way maker
Miracle worker
Promise keeper
Light in the darkness
That is who you are
One more time of your life
Way maker
Miracle worker
Promise keeper
Light in the darkness
My God, my God
That is who you are
No one knows
What he's done for me
I don't know about you
I don't know about you
But that's why I praise
The way I do
I just wanna surprise him
Come on

Hello Hive Open Mic Week 147
I personally didnt know what song to do this week. But then I wanted consistency and the support i obtained from last week was enormous. I couldnt go through out the week without making an appearance. With a grateful heart as the theme, i felt singing about a song that has carried me through out the years whenever i was down. With that said and out of the way.
Music has always been a source of comfort and inspiration for me, especially during difficult times. One song that has been particularly meaningful to me is Josh Groban's "You Raise Me Up." I actually thought it was a gospel music and it always sound like a gospel but there is no mention of God or Jesus in it. Nevertheless, the lyrics speak of hope and resilience, and have always resonated with me, reminding me that no matter what I face, I am never truly alone. I always have a greater power(God) behind me.
Recording this cover of "You Raise Me Up" was a personal journey for me. It was a bumpy road since the loop i used wasnt the usual rendition i have always known. We had to record over and over to get the seemingly perfect version which is out today. As I sang, I was reminded of all the challenges I have faced and overcome in my life, and of the unwavering support of my loved ones who have always been there to lift me up.
I hope that my cover of "You Raise Me Up" will serve as a source of comfort and inspiration to those who listen to it. Whether you're facing a difficult situation or simply need a reminder of the beauty and power of music, I believe that the message of hope and resilience in this song can bring a sense of peace to your heart.
Thank you to all my audience and be blessed.
Below is the complete lyrics for you to sing along.
Josh Groban Lyrics
"You Raise Me Up"
When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence
Until you come and sit awhile with me
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up... To more than I can be
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up... To more than I can be
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up... To more than I can be
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up... To more than I can be
You raise me up... To more than I can be

Lets concentrate on this week theme. Today, I want to share again with you a beautiful and inspiring song by Nathaniel Bassey called "Someone Knocking at the Door." As a big fan of Nathaniel Bassey, I find it an honor to be writing about one of his works.
The song is a reminder that even in our darkest moments, when we feel lost or hopeless, God is always there, knocking at the door of our hearts, waiting for us to let Him in. It’s a reminder that we can always trust in God’s promises and believe in His love for us.
This song features simple yet impactful lyrics that serve as a reminder that God is in charge of all things and is always there for us, no matter the circumstances. The melody of the song is breathtaking and it gains momentum as the song progresses, conveying the intensity and emotion behind the message.
In my rendition of the song, I aimed to embody the essence of the original and bring it to life through my own lens. I hope that my version will encourage others to seek a deeper connection with God and to remember that He is always available, waiting for us to invite Him into our lives.
I want to thank Nathaniel Bassey for creating such a beautiful and meaningful song, and I am honored to be able to share my version of it with the world.
Thank you for listening, and I hope that this song will bring comfort and inspiration to your life.
I lost the main video footage and this was a back up. I hope it wasnt too bad. It was meant to be for behind the scenes.
Here are the complete lyrics to "Someone Knocking at the Door":
Someone Knocking at the Door"
Someone's knocking at the door
Someone's knocking at the door
Can you hear Him knocking
Can you hear Him knocking
He's been knocking very long
He's been knocking for so long
Can you hear Him knocking
Can you hear Him knocking
Jesus Jesus Jesus, is at the door
Jesus Jesus Jesus, is at the door
Someone's calling out your name
Calling time and time again
Can you hear Him calling
Can you hear Him calling
He's been calling very long
He's been calling for so long
Can you hear Him calling
He's been calling you
It's Jesus Jesus Jesus, is at the door
It's Jesus Jesus Jesus, is at the door
Don't let him walk away
He's so patient but, don't take a chance
All you need to do is open the door
Let Him take his rightful place
So He can change your world
Open up the door... [x18]

Hello Hive Open Mic.
As a society, we often find ourselves struggling to understand the true meaning of love. We may think of it as a feeling or an emotion, but true love is so much more than that. It is a selfless act of sacrifice and a willingness to go to great lengths for the sake of another. This is exactly the kind of love that God has for us, as exemplified in the song "Power to Redeem."
The lyrics of this song remind us that God takes us out of our nothingness and makes something good out of it. It is through His love that we are able to experience redemption and find hope in even the darkest of times. This powerful message is one that resonates with many and serves as a constant reminder of the love that God has for us.
But God's love is not just limited to us as individuals. He also calls us to love others in the same way that He loves us. This means going out of our way to help others, even if it means sacrificing our own needs and desires. It means being willing to extend ourselves for the sake of another, just as Jesus did when He gave His life to redeem us from our sins.
Christ’s ultimate expression of love for us is the gift of redemption through His shed blood, He gave his life to set us free from the bondage of sins. The love that He had for us is unconditional and that is the type of love that we all should strive to have for others.
As we seek to show love to others, we can find inspiration in small acts of kindness. These gestures may seem insignificant, but they can have a profound impact on the lives of those around us. Whether it is a simple smile, a kind word, or a helping hand, these little acts of love can help keep hope alive in others.
I hope we try our best to also show our love to others through our little acts of kindness and I believe it will go a long way to keep hope alive in them.
I want to take this opportunity and thank @jesuslnrs for his encouragement. God bless you and for every other person,be the reason why somebody smiles through your little actions and words. Have a lovely day guys🥰🥰🥰.
In conclusion, the song "Power to Redeem" is a powerful reminder of the love that God has for us and the love that we are called to show to others. It serves as a call to action for us to go out and make a difference in the lives of those around us through our small acts of kindness. Let us be the reason why somebody smiles, and let us strive to show our love to others in the same selfless and sacrificial way that Jesus loved us.
Below is the lyrics of the song
Lauren Daigle Lyrics
"Power To Redeem"
(feat. All Sons & Daughters)
You take what is
And you make it beautiful
When love floods in,
We're restored forever more
With breath that brings the dead to life,
With words that pierce the dark with light
Only by the blood are we set free.
With mercy strong to carry shame
And nail it to a tree You alone
Hold the power to redeem.
No guilt competes
With innocence crucified.
No grave can hold what your grace has justified.
With breath that brings the dead to life,
With words that pierce the dark with light
Only by the blood are we set free.
With mercy strong to carry shame
And nail it to a tree You alone
Hold the power to redeem.
Rejoice oh child of God
Lift your eyes to see
With every morning light,
Again we are redeemed
[x2]
With breath it brings the dead to life,
With words that pierce the dark with light
Only by the blood are we set free.
With mercy strong to carry shame
And nail it to a tree You alone
Hold the power to redeem.
Oh you alone, hold the power to redeem [x3]

Hi friends
It’s another week and I find it a great Honour to be doing a song by Nathaniel Bassey, an artiste I admire so much “You are God”.
This is a simple yet very inspirational and beautiful song and I love it so much. I know there are times that things happen in our lives that we tend to even lose hope on the things and promises God has for us.
I remember reading comments that people made about this particular song and it reminded me so much about things in my own life. I think all we need to do as believers is just trust God on His promises and believe Him for who He is and know what ever it is He has said, that is exactly what He is going to do. Waiting and trusting May not be easy but it is the only way to happy in our service to God.
The fact that you may not have received whatever you have prayed about or wished for does not mean He ceases to be God,it only teaches us patience and His times and seasons. He makes all things beautiful in His time .
As the song says He does not need a man to be who He is and at the end of it all only His counsel shall stand. The melody of this song is breathtaking, and it builds with intensity as the song progresses. I was able to capture the emotion and passion of this song in my version, and I truly believe that this is a song that can bring people closer to God.
I hope that my cover of this song will inspire and encourage others to seek out the presence of God in their lives. I want to thank Nathaniel Bassey for creating such a beautiful and powerful song, and I’m honored to be able to share my version of it with the world. Thank you guys🥰
Below is the complete Lyrics of the Song:
"You Are God"
(Nathaniel Bassey feat. Chigozie Achugo)
You are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourself
You are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourselfYou've got times and seasons in your hands
You called for light out of darkness
You don't need a man to be the God you are
But you have chosen to call me your ownYou are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourself
You are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourselfYou've got times and seasons in your hands
You called for light out of darkness
You don't need a man to be the God you are
But in your mercy, you've called us your ownYou are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourself
You are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourself
You are God from beginning to the end
There's no place for argument
You are God all by yourself

It’s been a whole week if not a month of celebrations here and there😊. I wonder how many of us have sat down to ponder over everything that has happened throughout the year and just said thank you to God for the many blessings that we do not even deserve
Imela(Thank You)
This song has been on my heart for quite some time now.
Many of us had serious diagnosis that we thought were not going to end well among other things but in spite of all these God has been faithful . The least we can do is to appreciate God for His goodness.
The lyrics of the song the song explain everything. It’s because of His daily faithfulness that we are here today. In fact no amount of words can express our gratitude to God .
For this wonderful gift of a son He has given to us . As we continue to celebrate this festive season May we continue to remember that the birth of His son was not only for us to enjoy but that he would die to grant us a chance into His courts.
As you ponder over the words of this song I pray that God reveals to us the main reason for this season. Have a wonderful celebration guys. Enjoy😍

Hello AFRI-TUNES week 39.
It’s your girl Angiesings with cover of Omeka nnaya by Mercy Chinwo. Im so excited that was the 1st runner up for Week 38 . My sincere appreciation to @afritunes. I believe i will be taking the crown one of these days to come.
My entry of this week is one of the toughers songs i have ever done. Though Im a Ghanaian, the song always moves me when ever i hear it. I decided to do this song even though I do not understand all the words but the song always moves something within of me.
There is this part that says men may not understand how far you have brought me and I think that’s my most favorite part of the song. Sometimes until people have actually seen what and where you are coming from they wouldn’t really appreciate it.
I bet we all have untold stories and deep within only we can best tell how good God has been to us. That was my inspiration for choosing this song. I really think songs are one of the best ways to express the things we least speak about
I am sure there are some of us thy can relate and attest to the fact that we have only come this far not by our own might or by our strength.
I want to use this opportunity to thank all my friends for you support and for accepting me into this beautiful family for all your support so far. You have been a blessing .
I tried my best with my Nigerian words and I hope you enjoy the song and be blessed as you listen🥰.
Link to the instrumental's of the song can be obtain here. Intrumentals from HC Music. God bless them for making the instrumentals available and free to use by anyone.

Hello friends on hive. It’s a new week on hive open mic and this is is actually week 139 and the theme is work of love .
In my understanding, love is one of the greatest things that a person could give. And when someone is able to make this sacrifice, the best to do is to return the love that has been shown.
I chose this song. Lord, you’re beautiful by Keith Greene. It’s one of the greatest songs I have heard and I really love it. It speaks of the beautiful love God has shown to us and the fact that the least we can do is reciprocate that love.
Even in our normal lives and day-to-day activities, people show us love in different ways. Some go to different extents just for us to be happy. That’s the work of love. We should know that we can equally go the extra mile to let others know what it feels like to be loved.
We do not need to seek any reward for showing love to others but do it only as a reward for the love we have been shown. Only then does it become relevant and fulfilling.
About the lyrics of the song, you may have heard different versions but Keith has a lot of them. I decided to do a live version he did. Please the link to that version is below.
Thank you for taking the time to watch even as you ponder over the words
1 Corinthians 13:4-7
4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant
5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;
6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.
7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. ( ESV)
Lyrics
[Verse 1]
Oh Lord, You're beautiful
Your face is all I seek
For when Your eyes are on this child
Your grace abounds to me
Oh Lord, You're beautiful
Your face is all I seek
For when Your eyes are on this child
Your grace abounds to me[Chorus]
I want to take Your word and shine it all around
But first help me to just, to live it Lord
And when I'm doing well, help me to never seek a crown
For my reward is giving glory to You[Verse 2]
Oh Lord, please light the fire
That once burned bright and clean
Replace the lamp of my first love
That burns with holy fear[Chorus]
I want to take your word and shine it all around
But first help me to just to live it Lord
And when I'm doing well, help me to never seek a crown
For my reward is giving glory to You[Verse 1]
Oh Lord, You're beautiful
Your face is all I seek
For when Your eyes are on this child
Your grace abounds to me
Oh Lord, You're beautiful
Your face is all I seek
For when...

Lord you're beautiful de Keith Greene.
5 ni grosero. No insiste en salirse con la suya; no es irritable ni rencoroso;
Quiero tomar Tu palabra y brillar a mi alrededor
Quiero tomar tu palabra y brillar a mi alrededor

Hello Everyone, Its your girl once again. I hope you are all doing well.
My first ever entry into the Pukumundo community and i hope i will be welcomed.
Its apparently week 43 of the Singing Voice and as a music lover and singer, i couldnt let more weeks pass by without announcing my presence. Today i will be doing a song called You raise me up.
Have you ever been depressed before? Does it seem as though life is beating you up every day? Is your business going down? Dont worry for it is just seasonal.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NLT) "For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven. " There is a time for raising up. Do not despair and believe God is raising you up from all stormy seas.
The lyrics to the song can be found below:
He Raise Me Up - By Rolf Løvland, Brendan Graham & Secret Garden
When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then I am still and wait here in the silence
Until you come and sit awhile with me
You raise me up so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up to walk on stormy seas
I am strong when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be
There is no life - no life without it's hunger
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly
But when you come and I am filled with wonder
Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity
You raise me up so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up to walk on stormy seas
I am strong when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be

I will be doing a song originally sung by Kari Jobes titled Healer as my submission for
hive open mic #137..
The world is full of crisis, sufferings and problems. We all need a breakthrough
in one way or the other. The song highlights how fulfilling Jesus is and he can heal all of these infirmities.
All you need to do is surrender yourself to him and you will be healed. Jesus is all you need.
Psalm 30:2
O LORD my God, I cried out to You, and you healed me.
Jesus is capable of healing every infirmity. I ppray as you listen to this ministration you receive your healing as
well.
"Healer"
You hold my every moment
You calm my raging seas
You walk with me through fire
And heal all my disease
I trust in You, I trust in You
I believe You're my healer
I believe You are all I need
I believe
And I believe You're my portion
I believe You're more than enough for me
Jesus You're all I need
You hold my every moment
You calm my raging seas
You walk with me through fire
And heal all my disease
I trust in You, Lord I trust in You
I believe You're my healer
I believe You are all I need
Oh, I believe
I believe You're my portion
I believe You're more than enough for me
Jesus You're all I need
Nothing is impossible for You
Nothing is impossible
Nothing is impossible for You
You hold my world in Your hands
Nothing is impossible for You
Nothing is impossible
Nothing is impossible for You
You hold my world in Your hands
I believe You're my healer
I believe You are all I need
Oh, yes You are, yes You are
And I believe You're my portion
Lord I believe You're more than enough for me
Jesus You're all I need
More than enough for me
Jesus You're all I need
You're my healer
