In this episode, hosts Julie Gerber and Sarah Vasquez discuss the concept of inner healing, what it entails, and what people can expect from this journey. They touch on the fears and worries that people may have when starting their inner work, plus address common questions around the topic.
Sarah and Julie define healing in the context of the internal work by providing a reframe on the word "healing" to make it feel less scary and intimidating. They explain how healing is incredible because we have the capability to heal ourselves from within.
They also talk about the various ways people can begin their healing journey, including working with a therapist or a coach. Julie emphasizes the importance of recognizing that everyone's journey is unique and there is no set timeline for healing.
The hosts share their personal experiences with inner healing and discuss how it is an ongoing process rather than a one-time event. They also touch on the mindset shifts that people may experience during their healing journey and how it can lead to significant internal shifts.
Overall, the episode aims to provide guidance and support for those who are new to the concept of inner healing and may be feeling overwhelmed or intimidated by the idea.
