Trigger warning: This episode includes discussion of pregnancy and infant loss. Please listen with care.
Last year, Leigh-Ann joined me on the podcast to share her heartbreaking yet powerful story of resilience after experiencing the loss of two beautiful little souls. In that conversation, she quietly hinted that maybe one day she would write a book about her journey. (Episode #39)Fast forward to today- that declaration has become reality. Her new book is launching on September 19th, and in this episode she returns to share what it was like to put her story on paper, how the writing process became part of her healing, and what she hopes readers will take away from her words. This is a conversation about grief, courage, and the strength it takes to transform pain into purpose. Whether you've experienced loss yourself or want to better support someone who has, I hope you find comfort and inspiration in her story.
There is still a few tickets left for her book launch on Sept 19th: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/book-launch-tickets-1485161821989?aff=oddtdtcreator&fbclid=IwY2xjawMkW61leHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETE3S2kxQWo5ZUE1UHNMNkZvAR4REGZ0jxQqF0eb8LjZ3_kLKx5yHUoNE7OSCVfR767AQUIzGyO7d9S4NBv3KA_aem_is4v25osWDfw42IXH9SVEw

As summer winds down and we step into the crisp energy of fall, we're talking all things fresh starts, routines, and organization. In this episode, we reflect on the lessons and memories of summer, how September always feels like a new chapter, and why a fall refresh is the perfect way to set yourself up for success in the final stretch of the year. We share our own thoughts on decluttering, structure, and building supportive routines- plus an exciting look at our brand-new program launching September 8th. If you're craving a reset, some inspiration, and a reminder that you don't have to do it alone, this episode is for you.
We're pulling back the curtain and letting you in on where we're really at right now- the good, the hard, and the messy in between. In this episode, we walk through the key pillars of our lives- relationships, family, career, business, and finances- and share the honest truth about each one. This of it like sitting down with friends over coffee and catching up on the real stuff, not just the highlight reel.
Sometimes the apology never comes. The explanation never arrives. The person never gives you the words you need to hear. In this episode, we talk about the hard truth that no one is coming to hand you closure- and how to create it for yourself instead. This is your reminder that healing doesn't have to wait for someone else's permission. It's time to close the chapter, even if the ending isn't what you wanted.
What if I told you that you never see life as it is- you only see it as you are? In this solo episode, I'm diving into the invisible filter we all carry: perception. From how you interpret a passing comment to why two people can experience the same event in completely different ways, perception shapes your reality more than you realize. I'll share how to recognize your own lens, shift it when it's holding you back, and start seeing possibilities you've been blind to all along.
In this honest, unfiltered episode, Renee and Paula open up about the messy, emotional, and often unspoken phase of a relationship that comes after having kids. From the hormonal rollercoaster of the postpartum period to the emotional distance, identity shifts, and awkwardness around intimacy- they're talking about it all. With Renee still in the thick of toddler life and Paula reflection in hindsight and clarity, they offer two real and vulnerable perspectives on what it's like to become parents and still try to hold onto your partnership. Whether you're navigating this chapter now or know someone who is, this episode is a reminder that you're not alone- and that the messy middle doesn't mean the end.
Ever feel like you and your partner are speaking totally different emotional languages- especially when things get hard? In this honest episode, we open up about a recent weekend that didn't go as planned and what it revealed about our communication styles in love. From needing instant reassurance to needing space to process, we dive into the tension that can arise when emotional needs clash- and how we're learning to navigate it all with compassion. If you're in a relationship, especially as a parent juggling it all, this episode will make you feel seen and remind you that you're not alone in figuring it out as you go.
If you've been doubting yourself, feeling behind in life, or questioning your next move- this episode is for you. We're sharing 5 powerful reminders to help you ground yourself, trust your journey, and come back to your truth. From letting go of the need to explain yourself to remembering that you're allowed to change your mind- we're covering the mindset shifts we all need when life feels heavy or uncertain.
In this honest, behind-the-scenes episode, we're diving into the very real (and sometimes messy) world of triggers. We open up about what tends to set us off- from the little things to the deeper stuff- and how we've learned to recognize our reactions and respond differently with the tools we've gathered over the years. This isn't about being perfectly healed- it's about noticing the patterns, understanding where they come from, and giving ourselves (and each other) grace through the process. If you've ever felt hijacked by a strong emotional reaction or found yourself spiraling and not sure why-this conversation will make you feel seen.
Ever find yourself wondering, "How did I get here...again?" In this episode, we're talking about the subtle drift that can leave you feeling disconnected from who you are- even when you're doing "all the right things" on your personal growth journey. We unpack the invisible labor, mental load, and the slow fade into overwhelm that so many women experience- and why it's not a sign of failure, but a very human part of the process. You'll hear real talk about what it looks like when you're starting to lose yourself, how to recognize the signs early, and most importantly- how to start finding your way back. If you've been feeling off, exhausted, or just not like yourself, this conversation is the permission slip you didn't know you needed.
In this episode, we're taking you behind the scenes of our recent business launch party- from how we felt during the event, to the incredible feedback we received, and the energy we're still riding high on. We're sharing honest reflections, standout moments, and what this milestone meant to us personally and professionally. And...we've got a little surprise for you: a second event is already in the works for next year- and you hear it first!Whether you were in the room or cheering us on from afar, this episode is your front-row seat to all the magic.
In this episode, we're ditching the filters and sharing the hilarious, humbling truth about motherhood. From unexpected diaper disasters to full blow chaos right before posting the "perfect" Instagram photo, we're taking you behind the scenes of our most hot mess mom moments. Spoiler alert: the internet isn't real, but motherhood is- messy, magical, and everything in between. Whether you're in the thick of it or laughing in hindsight, this one's for every mama who's just trying to keep it together...and sometimes failing fabulously.

In this episode, we're getting real about something so many women struggle with- feeling like they're "too much", "not enough", or just somehow broken. But what if non of that is true? We are sharing parts of our personal journey- how everything began to shift the moment we stopped trying to fit into who we thought we had to be and started owning exactly who we are. Whether you're in a season of rebuilding, rediscovery, or reintroduction to your true self- this one's for you.

In this episode, we dive into the world of attachment styles- how they're formed, what they look like in both romantic relationships and friendships, and most importantly, how to move toward a more secure connection with yourself and others. We explore the four main attachment styles, unpack how seemingly small moments in childhood can shape our emotional wiring, and challenge the idea that only "big traumas" impact us. Whether you identify as anxious, avoidant, fearful avoidant or secure, this episode offers insight, compassion, and practical tools for healing and growth.
