Who is the modern woman, and what role is she expected to fulfill? Lets dive into the present times and how much the role of the woman has shifted.
The traditional women understood the value of a companion, husband, provider, a father, and not a baby daddy. Modern women get protection, a provider and services not from men but from the government. Modern women require more services from the government than tradition women who relied on their spouses. The role has shifted in the last few decades and I want to explore how those changes have impacted future generations, children, and the home dynamic in general.
Join me as we dive into this exciting topic. I hope to give you a new outlook on how the modern woman can take back her power, and assume her role once again in the home and be more present in her every day life.
Believe it or not, your gut microbiome is the foundation of your health. Good gut health occurs when you have a balance between the good (helpful) and bad (potentially harmful) bacteria and yeast in your digestive system. In fact, 80% of your immune system is in the gut, and the majority of your body’s serotonin is, too.
I will walk you through my journey to healing my gut, and what I found to avoid in the American diet to do so. Avoiding antibiotics, citric acid, and glyphosate significantly helped my healing journey. I found replacing these substances with homeopathic remedies with colloidal silver, amino acids, probiotics, and coconut oils helped me so much throughout my healing journey.
Your gut is the foundation of everything. It aids in the digestion of the foods you eat, absorbs nutrients, and uses it to fuel and maintain your body. So, if your gut is imbalanced and your immune system isn’t working properly, your serotonin and hormones won’t either, making it more challenging to stay healthy.
