Raised in a German Catholic home he was introduced to alcohol at an early age that led to a life of drugs and rebellion. He tells us how the Lord began to put certain people in his life to draw him towards Salvation. His love for Rock music led him to a concert where the lead singer uttered the words "God himself could not save a soul in an Van Halen concert". This is a long episode, but worth listening through to the end.
