Being Happy and Healthy and Living with a Hidden Disability: Recent Episodes

External Journal

Suffering from a hidden disability did not help me to be happy all the time, however, life is like that and has ups and downs. With my disability, I faced challenges all my life among other external issues, such as being a Young Carer growing up. None of which has been easy on me. Using this podcast platform, I hope to share insight into my experiences and offer inspiration to those also fighting with a hidden disability or struggling to find something that makes them happy. While I claim to be no health and wellness expert, I know some tips and tricks to ensure you can be more positive.

Final episode!!

In this last episode, I discuss the art of meditation and the importance of taking time to relax and de-stress. I compare Headspace and Calm meditation apps, however, conclude that the final decision is always down to you.

I hope my podcast series has been helpful in some way and I can't wait to see what 2023 brings. Keep up the good work.

I discuss some experiences that have led to where I am today and how I recently dealt with socialising at University after my time off.
