Kingdom Switch is the show that focuses on what Jesus meant when He said, "seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you." ~ Matthew 6:33. Your host, Trish Jones focuses on kingdom culture, kingdom benefits and living a kingdom lifestyle so you experience "fulfilment without frustration, you have wealth without worry and prosperity without pressure" (Dr Myles Munroe) by living in and receiving from the Kingdom of God. You'll discover how to reclaim your true identity, enlarge your borders of influence and make a bigger impact in your life and business. Trish Jones is an inspiring speaker, storyteller, coach and author. She will inspire you to live above the world's system (which doesn't mean abdicating from the world) so you prosper in every area of your life... in God's Kingdom.

In today's episode, we're diving deep into the power of our thoughts and words.
Have you ever wondered why it's so difficult to focus on God's word when things aren't going according to plan? Well, I have got some powerful insights for you.
In this episode, I talk about the transformative nature of our thoughts, as inspired by a thought-provoking video by John Bavere. He shares that there are three forms of communication, with words being the lowest form. I mean, "say what!" It's been drummed into me for years that it's all about our words.
So wait, how does that tie into our faith and declaring things into existence?
I'm even sharing some personal anecdotes and stories that highlight the significance of guarding our hearts, protecting ourselves from negativity, and leaning in on our faith.
So, grab your headphones and get ready for an enlightening and thought-provoking journey.

In this episode of Kingdom Switch, I focus on Isaiah 55: 8-11 where God basically says, "as night follows day, my words will accomplish what I sent it to do." I've paraphrased that but God wants for you:

When Christians talk about pride, we tend to refer to it as a negative trait that's associated with arrogance, self-importance and a lack of humility. Pride can cause a breakdown in relationships but not just with other people, with God as well:

Luke 11:4 ends what we know as the Lord's Prayer with "but deliver us from evil." So why does Matthew 6:13 end with "for thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory forever, amen." So the question is, why is this text in Matthew but not in Luke?

Jesus said we’re to pray, “forgive us our debts” (Matthew 6:12-KJV) or the Matthean version: “and forgive us our trespasses.” And then in verse 14, He reiterates the importance of forgiveness… “For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”
But are we not already forgiven?

Today, we're discussing bread!
Cleddie Keith says, "It is true that we cannot effectively pray "Our Father" with the mindset of an irresolute orphan, timidly facing a formidable future. Children are never bashful about making requests of their parents and neither should we be bashful."
It's okay to ask. "Give us this day our daily bread."

The phrase, "in earth as it is in heaven," came directly after "thy kingdom come, thy will be done," so although we're focusing on "in earth as it is in heaven, as with the rest of the prayer, we recognise that it's not a standalone phrase and so we discuss it in context.

To pray 'hallowed be Your name' means to ask God to let His name be worshipped, exalted, honored, and adored on earth as it is in heaven. It is to ask God to so move and act in the world, that people will worship and treasure Him above all else.

How does God respond when we sin and how are we supposed to respond to God when we sin? Sin itself seems to have always been a hot topic within Christian circles, and there are those who want you to believe that God is a wrathful God just waiting to strike you with a lightning bolt the moment you slip up. In this 3 part episode of Kingdom Switch, Susan and Trish talk discuss this in some detail.
And just as an aside, this is part 1 of a 3 part episode:

1 John 5:14 - 15 says, “this is the confidence we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of him. The KJV says, “petitions that we have desired of of him.”

So, if you've not listened to part 1 of this two part episode, we highly recommend you do so by clicking here. You'll honestly get much more out of this because in part 1, we lay out the foundation of what it means in biblical terms to manifest something.
In this episode, Trish shares how she believed God for a new car and ended up with a Brand New car that she didn't pay for.
We keep saying it, but it's worth saying again, this isn't manifestation as the proponents of the New Age see manifestation, this is about the abundant life we have in Christ Jesus. All we're doing is showing you how to access what's already yours.
Now listen and receive! :-)
It's part of the big debate... is manifestation Biblical and more to the point, is it New Age? In today's episode of Kingdom Switch, Susan and Trish talk about how even the word manifestation and manifesting has been misused both inside and outside the Church and has caused some Christians to produce the wrong type of fruit or none at all.
