Hannah Tubbs

Yes, this is the podcast. My name is Hannah or Han. Whichever you prefer. Welcome to NAH Podcast, where I deliver a critical analysis on spiritual matters. Other goals include helping people deconstruct from harmful religious systems, legalism, distorted forms of spiritualism, and pseudoscience from a non-religious, pragmatic standpoint, while optionally helping to cultivate your own relationship with God. Even so, YOU still have a right to question, critically evaluate, and process through creations’ spiritual, mental, physical, emotional, and psychological obstacles.

I would like to consider this episode a pop-up episode. Nevertheless, I am so happy to be back!

Now.. at this point we know that New Age Spirituality is a compilation of multiple religions that ultimately breeds its own doctrine and religious theologies. Today we are going to go over one of the faiths that it appropriates as its main attention-grabbing philosophy: ALL RELIGIONS OR PATHS LEAD TO THE SAME DESTINATION. Or that every religion has a piece of truth in it, therefore it's all true. I will briefly describe distinctions with each faith and how some contradictions, no matter how enticing it may sound to an itching ear, just cannot coexist as objective truth. Multiple beliefs are definitely real and can coexist, but as far as creation theology, eschatology, and spiritual dynamic, there has to be a line drawn. And I intend to cross it. REAL doesn't exactly mean something is TRUE.

Insta-therapy can be described in a few ways: seeking instant gratification through psychological online quotes or the consumption of buzzwords and ideologies that merely suppress the mental illnesses that need professional care. Either way therein lies the common issue: people want quick fixes to their problems. Today we are walking through the mind of London-Based Clinical Psychologist Seerut Chalwa and her breaking down of the online plague of self-help gurus, and how the media sells quick fixes for those who are desperate. Buckle your seatbelt.

Free will is the phrase of the day in this episode.

We'll be discussing the New Age doctrine of your thoughts, alone, being about to construct, create, and move a reality, regardless of the free moral agents that make up reality as we know it. Not only do we make mention of the popular practice, but we will also be explaining why that exact mindset is detrimental to the practitioner and individuals around them.

Hey guys. Welcome back. This episode is another POP-UP episode about the very famous palindrome of the date 2/22/22...Because palindromes are fun right?

But is there a fine line between harmless fun with coincidence and a divine message connected to number sequences? Where do we fall off the slippery slope of becoming unhealthily dependent on signs and wonders?

When I was in the New Age community, I had an astrological sign. Because I had an astrological sign, I had an identity. I believe that the sign taught me not only about myself but about others. Their personalities, their quirks, and their intentions. The only way I could see a specific sign or individual's intention was through tarot readings done by either myself or other tarot card readers. Not only did I find myself in a place of codependency, but I also found myself lacking in critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Those were only a few costs of being able to have the "spiritual upper hand" or to seek spiritual guidance from spirits that claim to be benevolent "spirit guides". These practices aren't exclusive to the New Age community, but they are deceptive in essence nonetheless.

In this episode, featuring special guest Brooke Alexis, we are going to be specifically talking about how the religious doctrines of New Age Spirituality are detrimental to someone's mental and spiritual health, despite the claims stating otherwise. We dive into different ways New Age and religious churches can not only be abusive but reinforce mental illnesses they claim to target and "heal"

Hey guys. Welcome back.

This episode is clearly a POP-UP episode about the very famous palindrome of the date 2/22/22

Because palidromes are fun right?

But is there a fine line between harmless fun with coincidence and a divine message connected to this date?

Hey guys! I hope you had a beautiful holiday season, and an even better New Years. This episode was a long way coming ( due to technical difficulties ) but we persevered.

This episode, I will be discussing the so-called benefits of "insta-therapy", and how quick fixes are never the alternative for fixing long-term problems caused by traumatic events in our lives. Brainwashing that occurs in the hyper fixation of self, and the downfall of following a doctrine of a "collective consciousness" that strips you away of your individuality over time.

so...it's kinda juicy.

enjoy.

Hey everyone. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving /Indigenous People's Day.

So, we will be covering the following:

• codependency to people, places, things, ideas, and where that ties into relationships, trauma, and spiritual settings

• karmic relationships that come with "debts", and how we were never made for that kind of dynamic

• other stuff because sometimes I just talk

Enjoy 🤍

So..this is what I would consider a pop-up podcast.
I was up very late and began to talk about my day via an audio journal, and I thought, why not make this an episode?

In this episode, I will be discussing how the belief that your thoughts create reality can reinforce symptoms of OCD, anxiety, control issues, and how certain belief systems can overall be detrimental to both your spiritual and mental health in the long run.  Life is easier when you realize you have less control than you think.

I am also very tired in this episode. enjoy.
