This is my story of how over the course of 10 years, I worked through my abuse in counseling and therapy but most importantly my personal walk with Jesus. Now, I'm committed to creating a space where others can feel seen by being open, vulnerable and transparent. I hope through my podcast you’ll be encouraged to take heart in your own journey of healing and find hope that comes from doing life with Jesus.
This episode comes from walking through a really hard year—one where I hit the end of myself at the same time God felt quiet. I knew it was by the Lord’s design, but giving things over to God when nothing felt resolved was a real struggle for me.
Jesus says in Matthew 16:24 that following Him means denying yourself and taking up your cross. This episode is about what that actually looks like in real life—staying with God even when the silence hurts.

On this episode, we talk about anger and how it can become a means of protection from the world around you. I describe how I used to use anger in what I call "a coat of protection" until the Lord asked me to give it to Him once and for all. Here I give an insight of how and what I got in return. I won't say it was easy, but I will say it was worth it!

This morning I heard the Lord say, "Come walk to narrow path with me. This is where I lose many. Because it gets hard." Matthew 7:14 describes that very thing!I am committed to not giving up. To follow where Jesus leads and lay down the very thing He ask me to. I want to encourage you to do the same, even though it can get very hard.

In this episode I go into detail about what the Blood of Jesus can do when you cover your past abuse in it. I believe what the Lord showed me in a vision years ago could change everything for you. It did me! I hope by sharing it with you, it will give you another weapon in your arsenal to defeat the enemy and walk free from your past. Oh boy! We're jumping in with both feet here! On this episode, I tell my story of when I prostituted myself at 11 years old. I have a lot of abuse that happened to me as a child, but I also have this. A different kind of abuse, one done to me and by me.
