Hey everyone

The other day I went through my last joint folder and realized I have almost 800GB of data. Now granted, most of the heavy data are videos, but throwing everything away would be silly.

Hence I decided to pack everything I know, all the trainings, challenges, and my whole 8-week coaching program (that others paid hundreds for) into a folder and call it "my last gift".

Hopefully, it helps someone out there!

P.s. Quit Weed And Succeed group will always be there, I'm also always available over email info@mylastjoint.com

For those purchasing the access on the website, use code "mylastgift" to get 100$ off.

Hello everyone

I never thought I will be writing this, but this is the last episode. My emotions got the best of me in this one, so hopefully you will be able to decipher my voice when the tears came out.

A huge thank you to everyone for being a part of MY LAST JOINT. A special thank you to my program members, your vote of trust means a lot and what a pleasure it was helping you and working with you.

As they say, every story has a beginning, a middle and an end, and this is my end right here. I set out to conquer the world and change the lives of many who are struggling to quit weed, but in the meantime, I got myself a girlfriend, a little kid on the way and a whole lot of new opportunities.

I'm thankful for this chapter in my life and excited to write new stories.

My inbox at anze@mylastjoint.com will be open for at least a year, but you can also use Quit Weed And Succeed Facebook Group and find me there!

Here's to you and your success!

Hey folks

It's been a wild ride so far, some of you have heard the news already and some of you will in the next episode.

Here is the summary of everything I talked about in this episode:
- Not trusting myself
- Worrying about customers
- Having a product that exceeds expectations
- Learning how to switch off (disconnect)
- Standing for what I believe
- Supporting others
- Not everyone will make it

See you in the next one

Hey people

This is definitely one of my favourite episodes this year. After going back and forth for almost two months, I finally got Alana on my podcast. It might have been a long wait, but it was well worth it!!

We talked about her quitting porn coaching, I was moaning a bit about how coaching is affecting me and towards it was just a random conversation, mostly about kids and being around addicts.

Alana, you are a legend and I'm so glad we got this episode recorded!

See you in the next one!

Hey everyone

We are back to the interview-style episode. A few weeks ago Samantha emailed me, thanking for my podcast and sharing her story.

A few days later she surprised me when she told me she started her own blog Weed Free Me.

Naturally, I had to get her on my podcast and share her story.

She also asked me to paste a link to the program she used:

Warning: Listening back, the audio went completely berserk in this episode. I honestly have no clue what happened, sincere apologies

Hey everyone

Apologies for the delay, I genuinely thought I had uploaded this yesterday. This week has been crazy, I'm reuploading all my YT videos and putting together a challenge for the next week so lots is happening.

Anyhow, over to this episode:

1) Triggers. Probably the most crucial thing when quitting. Environmental, behavioural, emotional and psychological are 4 categories. Go back to E106 and listen to common examples and how to identify your own triggers

2) Desire: What am I hoping to get out of smoking?

3) Redirection: Why do I want to smoke right now?

Let me know your thought, my inbox is open (anze@mylastjoint.com)

Hey everyone

In this episode, I talk about the 7 stages of marijuana addiction. Experiencing my own weed addiction back in 20s, I shared some of the science behind each stage and added my own encounter back then.

Don't forget about the live event on the 15th of May, we kick off 11 am PST. Register on the website.

If you are experiencing marijuana addiction or you know someone who does, get in touch.

7 stages are:
- Initiation
- Experimentation
- Regular use
- Risky use
- Dependence
- Addiction
- Crisis/Treatment

Hey everyone

I decided to freeform a little bit this time. I went back to my 20s, trying to think what I would do differently. Unfortunately, there is no way to fix the old mistakes, but at least I can share my blunders and hopefully, someone out there learns something from it.

Here are 10 things I mentioned:
- Not smoke so much weed (obvious, I know!)
- Focus on one thing and get good at it
- Start saving money, rather than spend it all
- Party less, travel and do more (thinking I have plenty of time)
- Spending too much time stressing and worrying
- I would let people closer and have more meaningful relationships
- Stopped pleasing people and chasing ones who didn't care
- Not taking care of my teeth
- Racking up debt
- Letting go and failing more

Don't forget, I'm doing a live event on the 15th of May. Check out my website for more information

Hey everyone

In this episode, I discussed how to set boundaries and why they are essential. Here's a recap, if you forgot to write it down:

7 types of boundaries:
- Mental (freedom to your own thoughts, values and opinions)
- Emotional (how emotionally are you available to others)
- Material (monetary decisions, giving or lending to others)
- Internal (self-regulation, energy expended on self vs others)
- Conversational (topics that you do not feel discussing)
- Physical (privacy, personal space, your body)
- Time (how much time do you spend with someone or something)

Reflect on the following questions:
- What is causing me stress or discomfort right now?
- What do I look forward to each day?
- What or who gives me energy?
- What or who drains me?
- What or who makes me feel safe, supported and valued?
- What or who makes feel unsafe, unsupported and devalued?

Draw a large circle:
- Inside the circle write everything that makes you feel safe and stress-free
- Outside the circle write everything that makes you feel stressed, uncomfortable or unsafe

Settings boundaries:
- Identify boundaries
- Identify personal values
- Reinforce those boundaries with others

Hey folks!

I got on Zoom with Bartu, another client of mine, who took my program back in February.

Originally from Turkey, now living in northern England, Bartu started smoking when he was 16. Since then, weed has been part of his daily routine. Listen and find out Bartu's story, why he quit and what is he planning for the future.

Hello people!

Strap yourself in, this episode is going to blow you away!

Kristen, one of my own clients, agreed to share her story. Experiencing trauma in her early life, weed was her best friend since living in the dorms. Going into her 20s regular use became dependency and that became an addiction. Somewhere along the way alcohol came about, but weed always stayed that primary escape.

Joining my program 8 weeks ago, she turned her life around and finally waved goodbye to weed. As she puts it eloquently "I decided I'm worth it and I will do anything it takes to quit".

The work she put in and her mindset along with my proven system gave Kristen a new beginning.

Kristen is no longer thinking about being weed-free, but rather focusing on the future and spending more time with her close ones.

Thanks for being you Kristen, you are awesome!

Hi hello

420 or just another Thursday?

Listening to this recording, I have realized I labelled stoners "lunatics" sometimes. I should have not done that, seeing I was one, back in my 20s.

I do think though 420 is overly commercialized and hopefully you don't get triggered because someone else's agenda.

Hey folks

I have a very special episode for you today, the first one in a series to be exact. Chris, who joined my program a few weeks ago decided to share his story.

Starting smoking at 16, Chris carried on with the habit until two months ago when he contacted me. Quitting alcohol a few years ago, he wanted to do the same with weed, but never really got ahold of it.

Since joining my program he's been weed free and is not planning to return to smoking.

Time and date: Sat 13 Mar 10am
Meeting ID: 956 8690 6904
Passcode: 554032

Come and join us, it will be fun!

On today's episode is Joseph, coming straight out of Nebraska, Lincoln.

I spoke with Joseph over Reddit a few weeks ago, as he made a post about being 3 years sober from weed. Seeing some of you guys asked me to talk with people who are a little bit further ahead in the journey, I thought Joseph would be a perfect fit.

We discussed his upbringing with alcohol, his AA meetings, and his realization marijuana is becoming a problem and his life now, being completely sober from weed and alcohol.

Joseph is a good testament you can climb out of the dark place if you trust the process and put the work in. He sums it up the best towards the end - less trying and more doing.

Thanks, Joseph for being a legend and sharing your story!

Apologies for the bad video quality, I was streaming this using mobile internet! We are currently moving places, so my actual broadband won't be here until mid of March.

Hey everyone

I got together with Jodie last night to record an episode. Now originally Jodie hosted me on her podcast back in June of last year (title "Marijuana! Legalization, Addiction, and Recovery - Episode 67). I have been following her podcast ever since and it's been amazing to see her line-up and just the amount of work she puts into it.

When I started chatting with her yesterday, I realized Jodie has her own story of weed abuse, so it was really great to hear her experience and find out what she is up to nowadays.

Thanking Jodie for being such a legend, please do go and follow her podcast, she's got lots of amazing guests on, sharing great advice about addiction and the science behind it.

Hello folks!

So we had Ricki Friedman scheduled for today, but her car broke down and apparently she was given the wrong timing, meaning I was left without a guest last minute.

Well if you are following me for a while, you know I'm always up for a challenge, so I had to improvise a little. I asked Giselle from our Quit Weed and Succeed group to join me briefly and share her story. I also discussed a few other things happening right now:
- My 6-week group coaching program is going up from $97 to $497. If you want to get control of marijuana, join this week before the price goes up
- I'm going to change the approach with my podcast in the future, sharing stories of my clients (rather than scouting Reddit and YouTube and asking strangers for stories)
- Our Quit Weed and Succeed group is growing rapidly, join us on Facebook, it's free!

Hey everyone

It was busy today, sorting our house, so I didn't really make any plans for the episode, but I did end up recording a quick episode

Seeing it was a long day, I was tired, so when I got home I drank a glass of apple juice, which gave me a slight sugar rush!

Anyhow, I talked about 5 mistakes the majority of my clients do:
- not going all in
- not involving a close circle
- not knowing your triggers
- not having a plan
- quitting by yourself

As always, this was recorded live on YT so I did read some comments as the episode progressed.

Hi hello

Now, this might be a pre-recorded episode, but the story itself is very relatable. I got in touch with Catherine via Reddit after she made a post about being marijuana free for over 3 years (3 years and 1 month at the time of recording this episode).

What ensued was her tale of smoking marijuana from her mid-20s all the way until her husband gave her an ultimatum to stop. Naturally, I was curious about the background, how did it come to the point of abuse and what is her relationship with marijuana nowadays.

Catherine’s story is a good reminder that sometimes you need that push from someone who cares and wants the best for you.

Thanking Catherine for coming on the podcast, I hope to talk with her again in the future!

Hey everyone,

I got Oliver - @Up_in_Smoke on the stream today to share his story.

Oliver started smoking at 10 years old with his brother. Being a part of the skating community, weed was a normal thing. By the time he made it to high school, he ramped it up into a daily habit.

Last year, after smoking for almost 16 years he realized he is no longer enjoying it, more importantly, he is throwing money. Going back and forth with it, he decided he is having his last joint and never smoking again.

We also talked a little bit about finding the why, how to share your decision with friends and what is Oliver's plan for the future.

Good morning folks

It's a freezing day here in Slovenia, but it's winter, so let's not complain too much :)

I have got a slightly different episode for you today, a few months ago I had a dutch voice-over actor on as a guest, and he also started his own podcast - Weetox - True stories about people quitting weed.

Unfortunately, he decided he won't pursue podcasting anymore, so I got in touch with him and he agreed for me to take on the episodes and join them in my podcast.

Today's episode is called "It's time to pay the fiddler" and it's the story of a 50-something man from Hollywood, who decides to quit weed after 30 years.

Don't forget, we are doing a live event next week, on the 17th and 18th of Feb, tickets are limited to 10 spots, get in touch over email if you want in, or check out my website.

Hey everybody

Before I get into the today's episode, you need to know what's happening on Monday, the 6th of Feb. I'm doing a free webinar at 2pm EST on "How to quit weed and succeed". Here's what I'm going to cover:
- How to get a clear why (clarity)
- Where to start and what not to do (road map)
- Dealing with withdrawals, emotions and stress (coping tools)
- Getting to the source of desire (goodbye cravings)
- Life after marijuana (becoming unstoppable)

There will be also a special bonus at the end of the webinar, for anyone attending live.

Back to today's episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with BassGuyAVL2, a 67' year old resident of North Carolina, who's been smoking since the 1970s. Picking up the habit back then it was an all-out activity, being a young kid in high school. Going into the college, he failed first year, hence he decided to straighten himself out and get more responsible.

However the habit stayed, and it wasn't until his 50s when it became overbearing and it was time to quit. Using MA, he is now 15 years sober and proud of his achievements.

Unfortunately the audio might be slightly jittery sometimes, seeing his internet connection wasn't stable, but the episode is still very relatable.

Thanking BassGuyAVL2 for doing this, you are legend!

Towards the end I've played a video from Mathieu, an upcoming prodigy from Belgium, who I also featured on the E72. He started his YouTube channel and made a seriously uplifting and motivational video "Quit or Die". You can find him on YouTube under "mvddict" alias, please go and show him some love, his video and editing skills are next level!

Lastly, a shout to Anuj from Feedspot, he featured me again on his list "100 Best Marijuana Podcasts You Should Follow In 2023". Here's the link to the list:

Well, we've arrived!

The glorified 100. The one where you want to make a big scene, but then you realize it's just a number!

So, without further ado, here's the 100th episode. I had big plans, but with my current situation being a one-man team and my girlfriend heavily pregnant, I have to limit and plan my time accordingly. I will also add that I've spent half of my afternoon on the toilet, which is always fun!

But really, this is not about me, it's about you, the listeners. This podcast would not be possible, nor would I ever continue finding and interviewing people across the world, if you guys wouldn't be listening and sending me motivational emails.

So here's to you, for all the support and all the technical failures you had to encounter. For every delay, background noise or mispronounced word. For my sketchy English accent and slightly unorthodox methods. You bore it all, and I thank you for that.

A few weeks ago I have announced big plans with this podcast. My plans are not that huge actually, I really just want to continue with this format and find and deliver more great stories of people getting control of their situation.

See you on Thursday!

P.s. we don't have that many viewers on live stream, please consider subscribing to my channel on YouTube and joining every Mon/Thu at 9 pm CET when I go live to record the episode. You get to see the guest and ask them questions!

Hello folks!

It's Thursday evening and I have got a fresh new episode for you. Joaquin, my guest today, is a law professor and lawyer, but he also has a story of marijuana abuse.

Growing up he was battling with anxiety and depression. Being let down by various therapies, he turned to medical marijuana in his 30s. After 3 months he realized this is no longer helping, yet he continued smoking.

He is now adamant he wants to quit, and he also admits he expressively hates marijuana and advises younger and older generations to stay away from it.

Wishing Joaquin a quick recovery, I will check in with him again in a few months.

In case you didn't listen to this episode, I'm going to celebrate my 100th episode on Monday. I need your bizarre, random, funny, wild or downright hilarious stories from your old smoking days. Preferably on video, but I will take texts as well.

Regardless if you have a story or not, come and join me on live stream coming Monday 30th of Jan, at 9 pm CET.

It will be fun!

Best

Hey everyone

I have got Lucas here with me today, sharing his story of marijuana abuse since a young age. Lucas grew up in a problematic family, his dad left him when he was 18, and later his mom threw him out. In an attempt to get his life together, Lucas tried to go to the UK but experienced a severe panic attack there.

Coming back to Spain he knew he has to take control of the situation. Watching Tony Robbins, he saw a video where Tony shows a guest on his live show how to change the association with pizza. This helped Lucas better understand his own addiction and do the work.

Lucas has now been sober for 3 years and 1 month and continues on growing his own career and giving back to the community.

Hello everyone

Today I had the pleasure of talking with Lucy, who shares her story of 9-year weed abuse. Growing up with parents who smoked, and being normalized with weed from a young age, Lucy was quick to pick up the habit.

Growing up, and coming into her 20s, she slowly realized weed is perhaps not something she wants to continue. Experiencing psychosis and experimenting with other drugs, Lucy got her wake-up call to get clean and find a strong support system around her.

Listen to Lucy's story and find out how she quit

Hey, it's been 9 days since the New Year so I decided to do a little check-in stream.

  • first I shared my tips for quitting (the first three are actually summed up by previous podcast guests)
  • then I added mistakes I see lots of my paying clients do (this will surprise you)
  • I played two recordings (the first one is a little bit longer, skip forward if it gets tiring) of Marijuana Free Program 2023
  • I played feedback from a coaching client who worked with me the last few weeks
  • I shared our new Facebook group (Quit Weed And Succeed)

If you still want to join Marijuana Free Program, go to:

Hey everyone

So I've been fairly busy lately and have not had time to organize and get some guests on my podcast. But seeing this podcast is all about quitting weed, I wanted to do something else this time and review a guide I have had in my PDF folder for a while.

Originally written by Thomas Lundqvist from Lund University Hospital, this guide is well on point, with lots of aspects  I rarely mention on the podcast.

Here's the link for anyone interested  in the guide:

Hey everyone,

A few weeks ago I did an interview with someone from Holland. We recorded video on them Zoom while using an online recording tool to capture audio. Unfortunately, what we forgot to take into account is that if you mute audio in Zoom, you will end up only with the video of the interviewee.

Seeing the video wasn't any good for release, we decided to publish only audio.

We spoke about his beginning with marijuana, smoking and the first stages of addiction in high school, bizarre Dutch laws regarding the growing of cannabis and pot shops and his current projects & endeavours.

My interviewee wanted to remain anonymous, and seeing the nature of this topic, I granted his wish.

See you in the next one!

Hey everyone, a new episode is here!

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT:

I apologize for the delay to those used to my schedule (Mon/Thu). I now record all my episodes live on YouTube and for some reason, YouTube takes up to 48h to process the video, before I can download it.

In this episode, I spoke with Inner G, a LA resident, a rapper, a YouTuber and overall just a creative soul. We spoke about his abuse of marijuana, his decision to quit, relapse, the music industry and whether marijuana affects productivity, his audio engineering producing and affirmation business and his future endeavours.

Thank you to Inner G for doing this!

Hey everyone,

I got together with Joel to talk about life after marijuana.

  • We started a little bit off-topic, discussing whether the classic 12-step approach to labelling ourselves as addicts works.
  • I shared my YouTube strategy that gained more subscribers in a week, than a whole last month
  • We discussed 3 biggest struggles we both experienced after quitting
  • We added 3 biggest benefits (this will surprise you)
  • I asked Joel to close off with a topic of his liking, which ended up being dating

Make sure you check out  @sobrietyuniversity

See you in the next episode!

P.s. all my future episodes will be now recorded live on our YT channel. Tune in every Monday and Thursday at 10pm CT and watch the live recording!

Hey everyone, it's Thursday and I have another episode for you.

Two weeks ago I sat down with Heidi, a director of Parent Action Network, an initiative by SAM (Smart Approaches to Marijuana).

Heidi has quite a personal story about marijuana regarding her son and lately also her husband. This is another interview where it quickly becomes apparent how insidious marijuana can be and how much it can affect the family.

Towards the end we discussed the mission of PAN, how can mothers whose sons are battling cannabis addiction find support and what are Heidi's plans for the future.

Thank you to Heidi for making this happen, what a brave mom!

See you in the next episode.

Hey folks, releasing this one with a slight delay.

Here are the questions that I discussed in this episode:
- What brings you here?
- Where are you now?
- Where do you want to be?
- What do you need to get there?
- What is stopping you?
- How are you going to make this easier?
- Long-term plan?

3 things I see lots of people struggling with:
- Realizing you have a problem

Hello everyone!

Recently I passsed 10.000 downloads on my podcast and had a one-year anniversary from my first episode. To commemorate this, I decided to do an episode where I reflect back on my journey and MY LAST JOINT Project.

Hopefully, this episode motivates you and gets you to analyze what aspects of your life fear is holding you back.

Thank you for your continuous support, 10000 downloads would not be possible without you - the listeners!

In this episode, I sat down with Joel, who's got his own channel on YouTube. He also has an interesting story of marijuana abuse, which I'm sure lots of you want to hear. From dealing to meeting a dealer in a tinted Maseratti, Joel had his wake-up call a few years ago.

Good morning everyone!

I woke up today feeling inspired and decided to mix things up a little bit and do an episode where I explore something we all are struggling with - fear. You might not realize it yet, but a lot of your decisions are conditioned by fear.

Seeing that premise of my podcast is quitting marijuana, I wanted to explore how this affects the quitting aspects and how to overcome that.

The 7 archetypes I mention on the podcast are:
- The procrastinator
- The rule follower
- The people pleaser
- The outcast
- The self-doubter
- The excuse maker
- The pessimist

Thank you to Ruth Soukup for this!

Let me know if you find yourself in one of the archetypes.

Have a good weekend,

Best

Good evening everyone

This episode is fresh out of the oven, recorded about an hour ago. I spoke with Mr. X the host of Quitting Weed podcast. We discussed his reasons to start the podcast, his journey of quitting,  what really works and what not to do when quitting.

Hey everyone

I rarely publish stuff on the weekend (podcast-wise) so I thought I will put something together.
I rewrote the text for my website lately and included the section "What if I don't take action", where I talk about what happens if you don't take the action. Perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, but a harsh reality few people will share. Of course, this applies only to people who are smoking lots of weed on a daily basis.

Chapters:
00:00 Introduction
03:00 Who this episode is for
04:50 It gets worse
09:05 No one is coming to save you
12:00 There will be missed opportunities
15:50 Your mental health will suffer
17:50 You will waste money
19:45 Legalization, state your dealer
22:15 More THC, stronger marijuana
24:15 Your family and friends will suffer
31:05 You are prolonging the inevitable

Let me know what you think in the comments

Warning: this episode contains profanity.

Hi hello, I’m very excited today as I get to share an episode that spans back almost 16 months.

My first episode was recorded in January of 2021, however, I released it around November of 2021. Today, in this episode, I did a reunion with my first guest ever - Tom!

Hey everyone, a super late episode. Queen Elizabeth II died today, so I went and talked a little bit about her unmatched purpose and duty to the crown. An end of a long era, the beginning of something new.

Hey everyone!

This August marks two years since I quit marijuana so I had to do something special. Seeing that last few months I'm extensively finding ways to help others control their marijuana use, I went back to the first time I had an idea of quitting marijuana. I asked myself "if I had to quit again, If I had to do it all over again, what would I do?"

The result is a 6-page guide which you can download for free on my page. I pretty much summed 5 years of my journey so you don't make the same mistakes.

Get my free guide here:
www.mylastjoint.com/anniversary

This episode follows the guide with a little bit more explanation. I recorded this in Mallorca, in a little village called Esporles.

I really hope this helps you, let me know what you think in the comments!

Hello internet, it's Monday and I have got another episode for you.

I recorded this episode back in April, when I sat down with Cindy Simpson to talk to her about her experience in an addiction environment and her workshop; Give my child a voice.

I'm so happy Cindy agreed to do a podcast with me, this truly was an eye-opening episode. One of the biggest questions I always have doing MY LAST JOINT project is why. What gets us to manifest certain behaviour, why do some people end up having problems with marijuana while others can use it normally?

This episode is highly recommended for anyone battling or working in an addiction setting. Whereas this might not necessarily apply to you, it's definitely knowledge worth having and passing on!

Thanking again to Cindy, hopefully, I get to talk to her again in the future!

It's Monday, which means it's time for another episode.

We are continuing the review of S01, going through E16 & 17 (one recording split in two parts), E18, E19 and E20. Unfortunately, I didn't get in touch with any of the guests from these episodes, but I played some clips and discussed topics we mentioned in the original episode.

I also talked a bit about an article on cannabis.net - How to have a healthy relationship with cannabis. Thinking back, I pretty much just shared my opinion on the article, but never gave you a view on how to have a healthy relationship with cannabis. Seeing all my work is geared toward people that do end up having trouble with cannabis (the 10% of all smokers), it's hard for me to define or give an opinion on a healthy relationship (usually that line is already crossed)

However, if anyone is thinking whether their relationship with cannabis is healthy, I would advise you to trust your own feeling. If your weed use is not affecting your behaviour, performance and just overall wellbeing, then there is nothing you should worry about.

I will paste here 12 questions from Marijuana Anonymous, for anyone that might have doubts or is not entirely sure about their relationship with cannabis!

  1. Has using marijuana stopped being fun?
  2. Do you ever get high alone?
  3. Is it hard for you to imagine a life without marijuana?
  4. Do you find that your friends are determined by your marijuana use?
  5. Do you use marijuana to avoid dealing with your problems or to cope with your feelings?
  6. Has your marijuana use led to financial difficulties and/or legal consequences?
  7. Does your marijuana use let you live in a privately defined world?
  8. Have you ever failed to keep promises you made about cutting down or controlling your use of marijuana?
  9. Has your use of marijuana caused problems with your health, memory, concentration, or motivation?
  10. When your stash is nearly empty, do you feel anxious or worried about how to get more?
  11. Do you plan your life around your marijuana use?
  12. Have friends or relatives ever complained that your using is damaging your relationship with them?

If in doubt or if anyone would like to discuss this more in private, please email me at anze@mylastjoint.com

See you soon

Hello everyone, we are ploughing forward with the review of S01. In this episode, I review E13, E14 and E15. I managed to get in touch with the guest from the E13, I'm pleased to say he is doing very well, he also got a new job, which is very exciting.

I got in touch with the guest from E14, but she declined coming back, saying she relapsed and she doesn't feel like talking. I completely understand her view and I wish her a speedy recovery.

I also reviewed E15 and played a few clips that stand out. I tried to get in touch with the guest, but she was not replying. She is still active on Reddit, I hope she is doing well.

Lastly, in the begging of the episode I introduced new section, which will probably make a return in the future - News section. I shared some news of what's happening around the world with cannabis and the whole legalization marathon. I also explained the difference between legalization and decriminalization and defined hemp.

Thank you for listening, please don't forget to hit like/follow/subscribe.

See you in the next one

Hey friends, we are continuing our review of the S01. Last time we ended with a recording from E10, where I got in touch with the guest after almost a year. We discussed her sober life, her business endeavours, and how anxiety and depression are daily struggle.

In this episode, I'm broadcasting the rest of our recording, then I switch over to the E11 and E11. Originally one episode, that was later on split into two parts. I reviewed both episodes, played some clips and managed to get in touch with our Canadian Cowboy! He is a great storyteller, always engaging and full of energy. I really hope we get to do this sometime again in the future!

If you are new here, we are doing a review of S01 (E01-E30) where I play some clips from each episode and get in touch with the guests that were on after a few months. Some relapsed, some never replied, some got in touch, a few ignored my messages and only one declined to come back on.

Let me know what you think off this, I'm interested to hear your feedback.

Don't forget we now have a community, if you are someone struggling with marijuana, this is the place to be, moreover if you know someone that is affected by it, join and get an in-depth view of how stoners think and act.

See you on Friday

Hey everyone, it's Monday, which means it's time for another episode.

In this episode, I continue the recording from E9, where I check in with the guest after almost a year. We discussed how he picked up the habit again, the ADHD diagnosis, his current struggles and we touched upon a dark passenger, something I never discussed before. I'm so glad he agreed to come back, even more happy for him to share and be willing to openly discuss such things!

I continued with the review of E10, where I discussed the topics we covered and played some clips. I also got in touch with the guest from E10, after almost 10 months. She is doing well, still weed sober and busy with her dog training centre outside New York. We discussed an often missed conception of "everything will be fine after I quit weed", how coping skills are important for a successful life and how anxiety and depression are part of a daily struggle.

I understand the S01 review episodes might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I felt it's important to get in touch with everyone that was on the podcast and check in with them. As much as I like to share the stories and get the content out, I'm a firm believer in a human connection. Once we finish with the review, we are moving onto the S02. Same concept, however, this time you will be able to put the name and face behind our guests!

Thank you to everyone listening, we shut down the founding member plan this Sunday, however, I will be starting with daily meetings towards mid of the week, so keep an eye out for a new promotion. In the meantime, you can join our community with a normal pass, where you can also enjoy a 3 day trial for free.

Hey everyone, it's Friday which means it's time for another episode.

We are continuing with our review of Season 1, this time going over episodes 6,7,8 and 9. Unfortunately, I did not get to speak to the guest from episode nr 6, even though she did message that she passed one year of sobriety a few weeks ago, which is super positive news.

Episode 7 was mostly me talking, hence I wasn't spending too much time on it. I took some more time to review episodes 8 and 9; I played some controversial clips and got in touch with both guests. The guest from episode 8 told us he saved even more money and is travelling lots, the guest from episode 9 realized he might have ADHD, while also picking up the habit again.

If you are looking for straight, no-bs content, then this episode will be for you. I thank both guests for showing up, especially the guest from episode nr 9 for being honest.

Don't forget to listen to the next episode - nr 34 - to hear the rest of the recording of me catching up with the guest from episode 9.

Thank you for listening as always, don't forget to hit like/follow/subscribe.

Apologies for lots of numbers, seeing I'm doing a whole review and guests (still) want to stay anonymous, the only reference I can use is really just the episode number.

See you in the next one

Good morning everyone, we are back with our Season 1 review. In this recording, I talked about episodes 4 and 5. I’ve played some clips from both episodes, shared some inside information and got in touch with the guest from E5 after almost a year.

The whole idea behind Season 1 review is to go through each episode and get in touch with each guest after a few months, to see how they are doing and what they have been up to. I also prepared some clips from each episode.

Once the review is over, we are switching to Season 2 where will be doing more interviews, this time on the video.

Let me know what you think of today’s episode, also don’t forget we now have a community. If you wanted to join in as a founding member and get yourself lifetime access for a mere 10$, now it’s the time. The promotion ends this Saturday, 5th of June.

Thank you to the guest from episode number 5 for coming back and sharing his life stories.

If you want to do the same, get in touch over the email at info@mylastjoint.com

See you on Friday

Hello everyone, it's been a while!

In my last episode - number 30 - I said I will be back in two weeks. Little did I know it will almost take me two months to record another episode and get back to podcasting.

After a two week break, I've decided I will contact everyone that was on the podcast, check in with them and follow up with 3 simple questions. It took me a while to get the recordings, but we did manage to get some people back. I also made quite a backlog of recordings for Season 2, which will be in video format, and also available on YouTube.

Anyhow, I feel like I'm talking too much here already, even though this whole episode right here is pretty much me talking. In this episode, I did a general overview of the S01, went through statistics and played clips from each episode which hopefully will kinda give you a sense of each episode.

If you are new here or if you haven't been following us lately, we now have our own community. If you join before the 5th of June, you can get in as a founding member and get lifetime access for a mere 10$.

Visit our website, click get instant access at the bottom and follow the instruction to become a founding member.

That being said, thank you as always for listening and not giving up on me, I know I took quite a break, but I hope the upcoming content makes up for it.

Please leave a like and subscribe if you like what you are hearing, you can also leave us feedback for the podcast.

Good day everyone, I have another amazing episode for you. In this one, I had a great chat with someone who was raised around parents that were heavily smoking marijuana. Being anti-weed herself, she didn't use any until her friends started. This spiralled into problematic use and finally quitting. We also talked about mushroom therapy and how that could help with addiction.
