Episode 33. Virn Rao is an Enneagram Coach and Meditation Teacher. She works with women and those who identify with female energy to build strong and healthy relationship with self and others. Vrin uses the personality framework of which the Enneagram can help us understand our lens of where our ego sees through.
Vrin made some great concrete points around the enneagram. I appreciate and value that she takes her passion, coaching, job etc serious by her approach. Vrin shares she isn't the biggest fan of the typical tests found online and I'd agree that as a loser understanding, it may not be necessarily accurate. I personally did the tests and I did what she spoke in regards to figuring out and truly utilizing this framework has much to do with diving into the research and "testing" things out yourself. I think my initial share sounded a bit non-chalant and loose but all of these theories truly interest me and challenge my previous awareness and beliefs. Vrin speaks on many nuance details that go missing as very generalized but also more serious aspects of self discovery which is actually very individualized and unique.

Welcome back to the Soulrocker Podcast Season 4! An intro to the season catching up on some things with the podcast and season. I ramble a lot (WARNING).
Please note: Yes I say Umm a lot and I am not fully clear and jump around. I also know I have quirks and play with my hair a lot etc. I am not used to recording myself, speaking and I am quite shy and nervous. I may never change these things. Please do not comment on something that I am well aware of.
I have so much I wanted to add and please know there is always so much context and details everyone misses. I don't want to sit here and overthink what I share or didn't share. Honesty is a core value that I live by and I try to be responsible with what I share. I will never make any suggestions and make accusations on anyone, it's never been my style.
Thank you all for listening and I hope this season is helpful :)

This BONUS episode is another layer to Season 1 episode where I share a lot of questions or thoughts many of us have when it comes to therapy.
Sometimes we can see therapy from a different perspective and sometimes see it as a person we can talk to when we don't have a person to talk to with a good or understanding or even judgmental way. Sometimes we need someone to simply share a different way to help us see ourselves.
Sometimes talking things out only takes us so far and sometimes we need to get to step 2 of making progress with what we need to get through.
This is where I share more about the process.

My own personal growth journey has been partly exploring who I not only am as a person but also as a woman. I always dreamed of who I would be when I grew up. What it was to be a woman that I could be proud of.
Something that caught my attention about Mariya Spasova was she also had a similar path. One of which she describes as fear of looking deeper into her own self and the energy she had. After extensive inner self worth and energy healing work through workshops and mentors she was able to finally live and know what it was to be a woman with powerful feminine energy especially while having a corporate career in a masculine world. Through this self discovery journey, she also has attracted the most compatible and masculine man that she feels completely aligned with.
Now her mission is to help guide women discover and active their feminine essence and keep the balance while being ambitious women.
Join us she shares about how to find the balance of femininity, all the misconceptions, how it feels when you are in your feminine energy. We touch on what are Yoni eggs, her background on how she started coaching women and more.
