Hi, I’m Emilie, your host, I’m a yogi, life coach and therapist myself, So I know what it’s like to provide guidance as well as to need it, because i’m as messy a human as anybody else out there. And when I started my healing journey, almost 2 decades ago, and counting, I would have loved some guidance on how to understand what I need, how to trust my gut in therapeutical spaces and how to make informed decisions so I can take charge of my own health and happiness. So with holistic health professionals from all over the world we’re gonna dive deep into all things healing and spirituality and get real about what healing actually looks like.
