Joe has been an entrepreneur and a small business owner, working with small businesses for most of his career. He started working EARLY in life—at just 13, he got his first job in a restaurant. He also spent most of his summers cutting grass and winters shoveling driveways. But soon, he got the cooking bug, and helped run a busy kitchen, all at the tender age of 16! Talk about motivation! At this point, he thought that culinary was his mission. But, as most entrepreneurs know, life is not a linear path—computers, marketing, printing, and publishing became his businesses, and he even briefly worked in corporate roles. Randee Brown's career path was more of a roundabout adventure than a direct line. After graduating from Savannah State University with a B.S. in Marine Science in 2006, she spent several years living in Florida, working for the National Marine Fisheries Service as a Commercial Fisheries Observer.
After three years traveling around the Southeast US, spending days or weeks at a time offshore, Randee relocated to Kauai to teach SCUBA diving. She also spent several months in Southeast Asia and taught SCUBA in Thailand.
It was after the birth of her son that Randee became a stay-at-home mother, moved to the Asheville area, and began using her writing skills as a freelance copywriter. Alex Cardona started his career in social work after graduating from the University of South Florida with a degree in public health. After a few years of frustration with the mental health system, Alex transistioned from social work to teaching. As a middle school physical education teacher, Alex thought that he had found his life’s purpose. Kaelin Britt, owner of Kae Consulting, LLC has been in the virtual assistance space for two years. She primarily focuses on assisting women in business with their administrative, social media, and community management needs. Before running her own business, she obtained her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Independence University while working as a Membership Coordinator at her local YMCA. Tyron Keith Young, Business Owner, Artist, and Producer, also known as The Gift. From childhood, growing up in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Young knew he was destined for greatness. . He began his journey to understand that music and creativity were not only going to shape his life but save it as well. Raised by a spiritual mother, Young developed a drive unlike those his age and began involving himself in church ensembles, musicals, marching bands, and choirs of all ages.
At the age of 17 however, Young’s life and music career was threatened when he faced death. Young received word that his liver was failing and had a week to live if he did not receive a transplant. Days later after liver failure and induced coma, Tyron received a life-saving and changing liver transplant. Through hard work and sheer determination, Young began a strict regimen of music therapy that slowly started to heal him in a way medicine could not. After facing death Young knew, more than ever, that his life, passion, and his gift were meant for a bigger purpose in this world.
Upon acceptance into Appalachian State University, Young began a course of study that provided him with a bachelor's degree in Music Industry Studies and a minor in General Business, which sparked the journey of entrepreneurship and business ownership that would follow his mindset and career for the remainder of his life.

After 25 years in corporate retail as a multi unit district manager, David and his wife Christina have opened two custom apparel printing shops, Big Frog of Asheville and Durham.
Over the past six years David has been a servant leader within the community. He is an active member in the Chambers of Commerce for Asheville, Brevard and Hendersonville, being an ambassador within two of these and on the board of directors for one. He served on the board of directors for Fletcher Area Business association the past five years and is now the President.
