This a show for those who aren’t afraid to admit that they don’t know what the hell is going on. A safe space to ask any question you may have in order to learn and keep growing every day. Because the truth is, there’s no way to know everything. So let's learn all about life together! But there's a catch! I won't know anything about the questions I'm going to ask. I'll be pulling up the questions without ever seeing them beforehand. Let's just say, this should get interesting.
I know I'm the biggest advocate for therapy, but for the longest time I thought that Couples Therapy was the last resort before a couple decided to break up for good. I just didn't see the point of going through all that trouble. But recently I've heard of a lot of people who do Couples Therapy as a preventative measure. So I decided to do an episode about this and see if someone could change my mind.
If you're not sure if you would be able to go to therapy with your partner and come out stronger, this episode is for you.
At some point in all of our lives, we've had an idea that we would love to turn into a book. Most of the time we let that idea go because we believe that the Publishing World is too complicated and publishing our books seems impossible.
Well, today I'm talking to my friend Reii, a two-time self-publishing author. We will talk about her latest poetry book, what she's learned about being an independent author and a lot more.
Make sure to check out Reii's books available at Amazon:

In this conversation we dive into the world of NFT's. To be honest, I'm kind of an old-school guy so the concept of buying NFT's seems like a bit of a scam. But I had to look into it to be completely sure.
Steve Hamrell basically broke everything down for me in sort of a "NFT's for Dummies" way and now I feel a little less skeptical about this.
Let me know if you'll be investing...
In the last episode I spoke with Sarah Sherry and Jenna Williams about their experiences with miscarriages. It was one of the toughest conversations I’ve had on this show, but I didn’t want to cut anything out. So I decided to cut this into two episodes so you could get to hear their full stories. If you haven’t heard the first part yet, I really hope you do so before continuing with this episode. I also want to warn you about the content of this conversation. If you are triggered by conversations about miscarriages or death, this is probably going to be hard to go through. But if you feel like you are up for it, I hope you feel all the power, strength and resilience I felt while talking to these amazing women.
I really hope this episode gets to the right people and that it helps you feel that just like Jenna and Sarah said, there is no time limit on your grief. Your pain is valid regardless of what society says. And that no loss if bigger than other.
I really hope this conversation has helped you somehow and my biggest wish for you is that you give yourself the grace that you deserve to get through today.
Miscarriages are unfortunately very common. But for some reason, we don't talk about them enough. There's still this stigma of shame that surrounds this conversation and it is time to change that.
Sarah Sherry and Jenna Williams share their experiences with miscarriages with hopes of helping other people out there feel less alone if they are going through something similar.
My conversation with them was too powerful. I didn’t want to cut anything out from it. But I also know that I can’t make an episode that goes on for over an hour. I also know that this is a tough topic so I decided to cut this into two parts in order to give you time to process everything we just heard. You’ll be able to listen to the rest of this conversation on the next episode.
When it comes to Home Decor, I'm practically useless. My idea of decor is a picture of my dogs and my Beyoncé poster. So when I moved to my new place I decided to reach out to someone with better taste. Jordan Brown from @goldenhourabode sat down with me and gave me some pointers on her Dos and Don'ts for everything home decor.
But as it usually happens with me, the conversation took a turn when she told me about the reason behind her social media career.
Jordan is proof of what dream, passion, hard work and a few plants (or 100) can do!

Asking for help with your mental health can be scary. There's so much information out there that it can be very hard to know where to even start looking. So I decided to talk to Sara Cameo, my sister and a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with almost 10 years of experience. We talked about the misconceptions around therapy, her experiences with her patients and how anyone could start their journey in the road to mental health.
Throughout this conversation, I discovered that even though I've been in therapy for a long time now, there's still a lot I need to learn about. So if you want to learn with me, press play!
For this episode I open up and share my struggles with mental health, self-acceptance and life in general. In 2020 I went through the darkest period of my life and I just couldn't find a way out of that darkness. A year later I looked back and took inventory of everything that changed for me and just how much I would've missed had I completed my plan.
What I hope to achieve by sharing my story is letting people that might be in that same dark place know that it is ok to feel like that and that they will make it through as well. I want to take away the shame around depression and feeling like you can't do it anymore. You are not alone.
We all know how underappreciated teachers can be. Some take money out of their paycheck to buy supplies, others buy food for students who don’t have anything to eat, and some even help their kids with problems outside the classroom. And all of this got even worse for them during the pandemic.
When you think about it, teachers really are the backbone of society. They are the people who spend the most time with our kids. And their impact on a student’s future is immeasurable. So I decided to talk to a couple of teachers to see what it’s like to be such an important part of society.
Also, I’ve always wondered what happened in the teacher’s lounge. So I wanted to get the inside scoop!
On this episode, I’m joined by two amazing teachers. Shyvanne Pulver and Madison Campbell
Can't wait to learn about what a teacher's life is like!
I feel like every time people talk about this, the conversations are very radical and it’s hard to find a middle ground. It’s as if cheaters are considered horrible people who deserve to be punished and there’s no way to justify their actions. And trust me, I used to think like this too. But recently life has forced me to reconsider my point of view and this is why I wanted to explore this topic. I want to understand why people cheat and see if cheaters really are as heartless as we’ve all been made to think.
In this episode we’re talking about parenting.
I decided to get the inside scoop from some of my favorite parents on the internet.
Kelly is a mom to twins and they are 2 yo so she’s right in and middle of it. She’s been documenting her journey on her IG page And I just love how she is as a mom.
And Mister Domestic has an 8 yo daughter, so he’s learnt a few useful tips along the way. I just love how he’s unapologetically himself and he’s not afraid to share his ups and downs with his followers, as well as some amazing DIY tips.
We talked about the beautiful parts of being a parent, as well as the not so sweet situations that come with the job. From pooping in the bathtub to healing your inner child...we covered it all.
In the end, talking to them really opened my eyes to some truths about parenting and it was such a great conversation that gave me a lot to think about.
Now, did they convince me to have kids? You'll have to tune in to find out.
