Having a conversation with fellow starseed Elies Hadi we both were led to speak about the energy of abandonment through the guidance of our souls. This can cause a soul to react in ways of anger, pain, sadness, and also can be unknown for many on the journey of life. I shared with everyone that I to in the past used to run from the pain. I didn't want any parts of that now I have a greater understanding that we have to acknowledge that pain so we can become stronger, able to face any challenges that may present itself to us. Elies shared about the grief, she felt from the passing of her father, which really was anger towards God, Source, for taking away the things in her life. This in turn started a spiritual path for her to which, as we fast-forward is now helping others on their journey. We both did a light language activation for releasing fear and trauma so the collective can be open to receive divine love energy. Hello dear ones in today's podcast I will be discussing Mind, Body Spirit and Soul Wellness. These are the things that we can do in our every day lives to maintain a state of wellness, as I always tell the viewers and listeners. It is the simple things in life that we miss. Spiritual practices are necessary if we desire to live a life that is balanced in harmony with nature and with our universal cosmic essence that is all seeing and all knowing. For one as I speak frequently about, is being grounded daily and rejuvenating, while resting our mind, our body and our spirit. In our busy lives we all tend to forget some of these simple things such as, resting our body and mind because we have created habitual habits that are not in our best interest and this is what causes our imbalance in our lives. We have to pause for a moment so we can make the choices in life that will benefit our highest potential. We also as a spiritual practice cannot see some things in our lives because of our ego. Our ego is here to make sure we are safe. Therefore it remembers all of our past experiences that are stored in our subconscious mind. We have to be the frontiers, grasping the excitement of the present moment, which creates an unfolding of untapped potential waiting to be explored. We have to bring our ego into balance with all of our other aspects so we can attempt to the best of our ability to live a life that is in harmony with ourselves. This happens to be the greater portion that is a universal force that is supporting our every step in life.
Wellness is obtainable if we make space to add these practices in our everyday experiences. This brings joy, happiness, love, creativity, and a state of healthy well-Being- Ness. 🫶🏽

Here are some of my spiritual experiences one in particular is of a 96 year old lady who had a vision of Covid when she was 15 years old, also sharing with all that I had lower entities which are consciousness within my body that caused me to be small and to be fearful, paralyzed by fear. Having a conversation with TamaRa Torres she is sharing some of her experiences on her journey such as when she was 8 years old, through 33 years old having sleep paralysis, she was able to overcome those episodes of sleep paralysis through her own self empowerment she receive that information from watching the movie labyrinth stating that “ You have NO Power over Me I choose Light I am of the Light” by her doing so she was able to free herself completely from sleep paralysis.
We also discussed entities that are within the bodies of humanity, unfortunately humanity is unaware that these entities are within them. first and foremost let me state that we are all entities because we are beings and we do exist….the difference is that these entities that are within humanity they are entities that are low level consciousness that causes humanity to feel pain, anger, hopelessness, jealousy, self doubt, being vengeful, shame, worry, the list goes on. This is why it is highly recommended to keep your vibrations high, so that these low level entities cannot come into your being and caused all kinds of havoc in your life which includes mental disturbances, which includes dis - ease within your body, in addition to what I just stated the only reason that these low level vibrational entities can enter the minds and bodies of humanity is because humanity has adapted to this low vibrational frequency to allow such things to happen in their reality.
I myself had entities manipulate me throughout my journey because I did not love myself completely, I did not show any self empowerment for myself, so therefore I allow these low vibrational entities to dictate my life, furthermore I had these entities within me for my entire life carrying around their pain, their sorrow, their confusion. This is why most leaders in corporate positions have these low vibrational entities within them because this is what they attract Power, they meaning the entities, the power of having authority over a person, now these people are not aware that these low level vibrational entities are manipulating them, that is why most of them are burned out, stressed, angry, because these are the type of systems that exist because of this manipulation, and some of the corporate leaders realize that this position is not what they expected it to be because they are connecting with their inner self their heart❤️ it is just a matter of time that this game of manipulation will end because light 💡always prevails, so therefore they cannot continue to be a part of the system that does not treat other human beings fairly ,that is why all of these systems are crumbling because humanity has “Risen in Consciousness” so all of these systems in place are fading away, and furthermore most of these entities are being manipulated themselves, I know I just probably confuse everyone… In essence, the entities are being manipulated from, artificial intelligence, also known as AI
We also discussed the elements of our earth acknowledging the beauty, the power, and that we are all connected to the elements.

Send love into the earth to each and every person on earth in particular Russia and Ukraine so if you pray, if you meditate, add the love energy and send it throughout the world sending it to Russia and Ukraine to all of the leaders and all of the people over there and send love two the United States as well ……. because that is what we all need is Love ……this is such a sad state to witness and to see these same old cycles repeating of (Conquer and Divide)….. wars have never done anything but to continue a cycle of war. The people over in Russia and Ukraine they are our family and furthermore they are the family of humanity so when another person is hurt and they feel sad, we all hurt and feel sad because we are a part of the family of humanity ….human beings wars do not serve us we have to unite that’s the only thing that serves us is uniting instead of dividing .
Earth has ascended in consciousness fortunately that means that all of those silly ridiculous mind games, limiting thoughts are fading away and yes finally we have leveled up in our consciousness…… so we all can be better, so we all can be supermen and super women ……they do not want that because they will cease to exist and furthermore we have finally empowered ourselves completely. So stay in our hearts and send love because love is our SUPERPOWER ….the more we all send love that Powerful Energy is changing the energy of the planet remember dear ones everything is energy so if we all put out love💞 energy that changes everything, and I mean everything so believe in the power of Love. … Master Creators because love will lead the way.

*It is sad to know that Separation Consciousness has indoctrinated many beliefs that we carry every day not realizing that Separation Consciousness creates the canvas for our mental thoughts and beliefs, it is not until we elevate in our consciousness and remove ourselves from that limited box of separation, that is when the process of liberating oneself begins. Separation consciousness …..this is my definition of it….. It is the systems that are in place that separate humanity from their own God given talents, beliefs and convictions. It is the old outdated paradigms of religion, education, government, ethnicity, social economic status, medicine these are the major systems that have been in place for eons, now I am very happy to say that all of these systems are crumbling because of the fact that humanity has elevated it’s consciousness.
Our beliefs are the physical manifestations of how we perceive reality, so therefore if you believe most of your world to be in that mentality of separation, such as I’m better than you because I live in a castle, or all minorities are uneducated and do not care to better themselves. you have missed the mark because in actuality none of us are separated, in fact it is our differences that is the beauty of us all. Our uniqueness is our greatness.
