The Bright Light podcast was created to encourage you to stop dimming your light and help to empower your true, authentic self.
I am your host, Ali, and I am an intuitive coach, healer, and medium. I created this podcast so listeners could have a safe space to let their guard down and get in touch with their true selves.
I was the biggest people pleaser who matched my energy to those around me because I thought that was the way to figure out what made me happy. Turns out, I just needed to get in touch with who I truly am and what I desire in this life. Now I am no longer a people pleaser, and am able to live my life more authentically to who I am.
I have created my business through using my intuitive abilities to help others realize who tf they are. I am taking you through the lessons I have learned throughout this journey and the lessons I have yet to learn.
If you are looking for a podcast that is raw, real, full of love, acceptance, and life lessons, you've found it. Thank you for being on this journey with me.
Hi all! In this episode, I talk about something I have done and I am sure others have too that ends up blocking us from what we really want. I talk about my own situations in my life, and how you can shift out of continuing this pattern.

Hey y'all! In this episode I have my first ever guest on the podcast, Ashlin. Ashlin is a LPC (licensed professional counselor), and my older sister. Ashlin and I always have deep, intellectual conversations regarding personal development-- so we thought, let's bring one to the podcast. We discuss her healing journey, how she is where she is today, what she continues to work on, self-acceptance, and all things boundaries. This is a longer episode, but is full of super helpful information, and can help you feel less alone.
No matter what path you choose to go on your healing journey, the important thing is that you do what feels best for you. I hope you in enjoy this episode. If you do, please subscribe, rate, and review the podcast. Much love!
In this episode I explain who the "crazy dreamer" actually is. I share the two keys to becoming the 'crazy dreamer' and creating a life that feels aligned for you. This episode is for those who have a 'crazy' idea and a yearning to do something more in this lifetime.

In this episode, I share the reasons why I quit my full time job, what I plan on doing know, and all of the work I did leading up to this moment. I am very excited for what is to come, and I am so thankful for each person on this journey with me.
In this episode I talk about my journey with therapy and why it did not work for me. I then share what did work for me in my healing journey and how it led me here today. I talk about this in the episode, but I am a huge believer and supporter of therapy and the healing it brings people, but it was not what worked for me. I share this to connect with those who may have been through a similar experience as me. Find what works best for you and your healing journey.

In this episode I talk about how gratitude can immediately raise our vibration. I talk about how we can feel guilty about feeling grateful and why we shouldn't. If you have been feeling like you do not have all you desire, do not have enough money in your account, or feel like you are not in the place you want to be yet, this episode is for you.
In this first episode I talk about the lesson I learned that was holding me back from publishing my podcast. I also give personal experiences on situations in which I was letting how I believed other would respond stop me from being my authentic self. I hope this helps you feel supported & thanks so much for listening!
