This is the podcast that content folks told me not to release, but I'm sure once you listen it'll make sense. I've helped produce hundreds of podcasts, I've also been interviewed on many podcasts and now I'm releasing my own (again). As a result, I've probably seen podcasting not work more times than I've seen it work, especially for new podcasters.
And the number one reason comes down to the content creators' perception of what will be valuable and what format to present the content in. So I'll break down two podcaster mistakes to avoid, "wet wood" and "beaver patting", and trust me, I've made these mistakes several times as both the creator and a guest.

HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY RITESH SHAH! In this VERY special episode, I'm introducing you to such a key important figure in my DJing career and a HUGE accelerant to the Lovesoul brand when Vik and I were DJing together. Ritesh Shah is based in London and the founder of Flashback, a night that started 20 years ago (9th June 2001). He also celebrates his 50th birthday on June 11th 2021, and we recorded this episode on June 10th, right in between these two key dates.

I wanted to speak about confidence and some mental models you can use to repair them or reduce their impact on your life. I'm well known for my confidence and some of the things it's brought me. But what's less known is the essence of that confidence and how I've framed it for those that suffer from confidence issues. Wherever you are on that spectrum, you'll find at least one of the perspectives here useful.
Disclaimer: I haven't trained in mental health in any formal capacity and I'm certainly not a therapist, but try to apply at least one point in this podcast as a way to improve your self-confidence. Even a small positive action is a step in the right direction.
