A show about the crime that takes place in the Military and the Court Martial that follows. These are stories strait from the Courts Martial of America's Armed Forces. They all have an ending, no unsolved mysteries here. I use the real names of the convicted and tell the real horror of their crimes. It you like horror, why waste your time on made up fiction when you can hear the true horror that takes place. Most of the servicemen and women are honorable people who are true to their oath, but not all. I was a Military Police Investigator and have a unique perspective on the investigations.
This is the practical example of what I learned in prison and how I make six figures from my prison education.

I retired 11 years ago. 5 Years ago USP Marion hired a man in a dress, or as some call them a trans woman. I feel sorry for the people who think they are the wrong gender, it is a mental illness. Worse yet, the man in a dress they hired did what most do. He showed up, caused chaos and then quit to file a law suit. This is a free plug for getting yearly qualified to carry a firearm all over the United States, it's possessions and territories. I used to take the State Police qualification course for Illinois. It cost $100 and I had to take a separate test for both revolver and automatic. I can get the test from a non-governmental organization for half the price. When a prisoner escapes prison there is a preset response. One of the actions is to put static guard posts in strategic locations. Places a person on foot would have to travel through to depart the vicinity of the prison. This video is made at one of those locations. I answer some common questions and talk about prison escapes as well. This is one of the posts that were manned in the last escape attempt at USP Marion where the prisoners shot a local Sheriff. They are responsible for about 25% of the killings in the Federal Bureau of Prisons, but they are less than 1% of the population. The mob might have run the streets of New York City, but the AB's run the inside of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. I talk about Ted Patterson as a typical soldier of the AB's. From the time he first stepped into prison, till he was taken out feet first. I tell you where his unmarked grave is and how he has been forgotten. Prison famous means nothing. Why it takes days, or weeks, to get money exchanged in Guyana. How to buy something in a store, get a receipt in triplicate, need two people to stamp, sign and approve your purchase. Finally, present your receipt to a shotgun toting guard, who loves to pull the trigger on his gun when he bored. Several reasons why Guyana does all they can to discourage investment. With Exxon building all they need as fast as they can in Guyana I thought it might help to give a small bit about the current circumstances and culture here. I have been coming to Guyana for over 35 years. I have a better insight than the expert who spent 3 days here. As a military veteran I have noticed we as a group are more adventurous and end up in Guyana and other banana republics. I give you my opinion with open eyes on the people I know in Guyana. Today the GDP is about US$6,000 it might top ten times that in the next decade. Big changes coming to little Guyana very soon.

With all the racial tension in the country today I wanted to highlight a case of a black woman who abused a white man who was under her control while committed to a term of involuntary servitude. You won't hear of this case anywhere. It does not fit the media narrative today. I am a contrary person and love to point out things that the mob thinks are not true and never happen. The court thought about the ruling of unconstitutional prosecution and changed their mind. They did this in response to pressure from the Government. This is what happens when the Government has to judge the Government. This is the Military Court hearing that was recorded and the actual voices of the lawyers who argued the case. This type of appeal is almost unheard of, very rare, a real piece of history.

The Air Policeman was ordered to shoot the prisoner. Is that murder? How one Policeman got away with killing an unarmed, injured prisoner. This case was finally decided by the US Supreme court. Charges of prosecution for political purposes were thrown around. A man was so guilt ridden he confessed to his mother who got her boy sentenced to life in prison, at hard labor. Was the prisoner a thief, Korean, Chinese, a spy, a saboteur, a guerilla? What was the victims real name? Was the killer ordered to kill? The crime was investigated and men were charged and sent to prison, but were they all guilty? Lots of questions, most are answered. A case that effects our military to this day. He killed his sergeant. He took over the US Disciplinary Barracks at Ft. Leavenworth. He shot an MP. He killed some black men because he is a white warrior for God. He is a legend in the worst white prison gang in the federal system. He never repented till the day he died.

This is the recording of the actual appeal in it's entirety. The judges are civilian judges that oversee the Court Martial System. Normally they have the final word on any courts martial. The only other court that could hear this case is the US Supreme Court. They will not hear this case. It is interesting to hear how the government is turning over more and more authority to the military to try by courts martial, and convict civilians of crimes under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, (UCMJ). This recording was difficult to obtain. I know of no other place to hear it.

Here is a very long answer and story about that question. The US Army has given itself the authority to convict people by military court martial who have never been in the military. They also have the ability to try people for crimes they commit after they retire that have nothing to do with the military. Every year the US Military gains more and more power over civilians. This was a test case. There have been books written about what happened and the legal ramifications. The over one hour part two is the appeal before the military appeal court by the military lawyers. At first this case was overturned but later after the political powers at be got wind of the courts reversal of the conviction they changed their minds and upheld the conviction. This is a landmark case that everybody who is in the US military, retired soldier, or is a contractor for them should know about.
