I'm back! But we're not getting into that this time! Today I go over just a few movies and other pieces of media that are perfectly lovey dovey enough for your Valentines Day! From 10 Things I Hate About You, a renowned classic, to the corny and maybe slightly cringy, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. So while you pump out the last of your hopefully handwritten Valentines cards for those special someones, sit back, relax, maybe go grab a cute heart shaped donut from Dunkin'. Maybe also strawberry cake box mix and a heart shaped pan from Target’s dollar section and all the on-sale candy CVS will allow you to buy and your dentist will hate you for because I know mine will! What is my podcast if not a month preserving? So today we dive into where i've been and what i've done this past month and a half. I talk about a concert I attended solo and a bit about why I even went and why it's a good idea to go, well, solo! Now I didn't have an awakening at said concert but it's more about the way I carry myself and how I continue to find myself in this wack ongoing thing we call life. I am on a spiritual journey as we speak, so I just wanted to touch on it a bit (just a lil sprinkle), as I believe it's quite an fascinating topic and I just had to talk about it. Enjoy!
It's been a minute, well... it's been a month. But i'm back! Today we discuss how a month into school, I have more excitement than worry. I was so scared of junior year, but now i'm quite comfortable and settled. I have even more excitement regarding Halloween! From the time leading up to it and decorating, to my actual costume, there is just so much i can't wait to experience this year all over again. What can I say, it's my favourite holiday!

Consider today's episode a revamp. I felt unhappy and dissatisfied the last year of episodes being all over the place, so i decided a clean slate would help me continue the pod on a regular basis and feel good about what I put out for the world to hear. Speaking of a clean slate, school is only a couple weeks away for me and while i dont want this summer to end, im excited for the first time in what feels like forever.

you could be thee worst gifter ever and wanna give up this year but I GOT YOU! sue, don't worry, it's only one holiday. you don't gotta spend much to make your gift unique. nothing's more unique than a gift card, eh? stop buying people that sue-ann! the point is they don't choose, they wanna be surprised! and yea, you could perhaps google it, but homemade ideas (unlike eggnog) are your best bet so close to the actual day. just sit back, enjoy the jazz style of your favourite holiday classics and enjoy a whole 2 hour lesson on shopping for your loved ones or, if he's cool enough, Dave from work. uh forget gossip girl, do you remember golden girls? they still have merch.. thats crazy
