Took a moment to connect with a good friend of mine Jerrell Trulove. He has been a father for a few years now and his situation of being a father while not with the mother of his daughter has been interesting. We discussed the idea of co-parenting and also how he communicated to his family that he had a child coming into the earth. Is there a such thing of work life balance. As a father we play the juggling act of balancing our career, our time, side hustle, and so much more. Let's be honest its a challenge and most of the time we fail at it. Most of the time some one ends up hurt, mad or frustrated. Our children bear the grunt of the disappointment because typically our careers and side hustles generate the excuse of I am doing this for them.
