The life of the sports reporter is not for the faint of heart. Many dedicate their entire careers -- their entire lives -- to the pursuit of a story worthy of being told. The stories themselves are appreciated my millions, but the storytellers?? Not so much. Who are they? What is their story? What have they learned from this crazy adventure?
Tune in as I interview various sports photographers, videographers, reporters, and writers and talk with them about their journey to the sports industry, the highs and the lows, their favorite moments, what they’ve learned, and more.

Billy Morgan is the Voice of the Harding Bisons. He has twice been awarded the Sullivan Award for the best radio broadcaster in Arkansas.
Billy has been working for Harding since 2007. At Harding he is involved with both radio and television broadcast.
"For as long as I can remember, sports has always been my hobby."
As a child and young adult, Billy spent his time as an athlete -- playing his favorite sports. When his playing career came to an end, Billy knew he wanted to find a way to continue his involvement in the sports industry -- a career in broadcasting was the obvious answer.

Jackson Duncan is a senior broadcast journalism major at Harding University. During his time at Harding, Jackson has worked various roles for the HU16 Live at Five News, the Harding Sports Network, and for Harding's KVHU radio station. In his free time, Jackson created his own podcast -- The Sports Tea with JD.
The Sports Tea with JD has featured sports names from all across the country including: Kyle Deckelbaum (Sports Reporter/Weekend Anchor for KATV), Tim Corbin (Vanderbilt Baseball Coach), Mike Keith (The Voice of the Tennessee Titans), and more.
Jackson has always been a sports fanatic. As a 14-year-old, Jackson solo-commentated his first game as a play-by-play analyst. Jackson said he fell in love with broadcasting shortly after this experience.
Jackson said his media experience at Harding has been a blessing -- and has successfully prepared him for the future.
As Jackson approaches graduation, he has his eyes set on big dreams and goals. Could we see Jackson on ESPN someday soon? I wouldn't doubt it!

Bob Holt is a long time writer for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Bob has been covering the Razorbacks since 1981. During that time, Bob was named the Arkansas Sportswriter of the Year three times. He is also a member of the Football Writers Association of America, a voter for the Heisman Trophy, and a voter for the AP Top 25 for basketball.

Kevin Snyder is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas. During his time in undergrad, he worked as a photographer fo the University of Arkansas athletic programs. Kevin had the opportunity to photograph various sporting events including many NCAA championships, the Women's College World Series, the Southwest Classic at AT&T Stadium, and the Shriner Hospital College Classic at Minute Maid Park.
Kevin was known as the "sports guy" growing up. Kevin's passion for sports and his love for photography are evident in the photos that he captures. Kevin believes that a strong photo should be able to tell a story on its own.
