Dr. Nathaniel Dunlap, Jr. founded the PRF Teaching Ministry and serves as the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Director of the PRF Institute. Dunlap earned his Doctor of Ministry degree in Theories and Practices of Conflict Transformation from New York Theological Seminary. He also graduated from Virginia State University, (BIS–Administration of Justice), Columbus State University (MPA–Justice Administration), and Columbia Theological Seminary (MATS–Ethics). Dunlap is the published author of Don’t Leave Me Like This: Inspiration to Leave a Legacy and his leadership experience includes overseeing 100,000 students through the U.S. Army Personal Financial Management Course (Fort Benning, GA). As a wartime veteran, Dr. Dunlap served as an enlisted and commissioned officer on both active duty and in the Georgia Army National Guard.
