Welcome to this episode of What A Time To Podcast! Today we’re talking about goal setting for 2023. We’ll be exploring how to break down your goals into achievable components and how to actually achieve them.

We all have dreams and goals that we want to reach for, but it’s all too easy to set big goals and then not follow through on them. To really have a chance at achieving our goals, we need to break them down into smaller, achievable components.

The first step is to be realistic about what you want to achieve. It’s important to ask yourself what is actually feasible in the time frame that you’ve given yourself. Set your goals high, but make sure they are achievable.

Next, break down your goals into smaller, more manageable steps. This will help you to create a plan for achieving each of your goals, and will also help you to stay on track and motivated.

You should also have a timeline for when you want to achieve each of your goals. This is important because it will help you to stay focused and motivated, and will also give you something to look forward to and measure your progress against.

Once you’ve broken down your goals into smaller components and set a timeline, it’s time to start taking action. Start small and work your way up. Set yourself mini goals and reward yourself every time you reach one. This will help to keep you motivated and on track.

Finally, remember that it’s okay to make mistakes and that it’s normal to experience setbacks. Don’t be too hard on yourself and don’t give up. Stay focused on the end goal and keep taking action.
