In association with WWPH, 107.9 FM, Candid is hosted by Anna Rubenstein and Christian Gobo. The show is dedicated to investigative journalism, reporting stories around West Windsor. Season one tells the story of the Teng family, the protesters who showed up at their house for 37 days, and the community's response to the whole ordeal.
Brian Welsh started teaching at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South in 1980. But on December 1st, 2020, a van full of angry protesters arrived at their house, shouting accusations that Mr. Teng was a spy working for the Communist Party in China. For 37 days, the protests continued, but the Tengs didn’t face them alone...
