Hello everybody it's your favorite neighborhood superhero vital one and we're here today to let you all know to keep hanging on by thread and support your local vital one movement because it's about to be start to get crazy and loud and still going back to the days where I first started out I didn't see the actual outcome where everything would twist and turn around and get as crazy as it is now so I keep pressing forth I keep pressing forward I keep moving on going through mistakes learning from my mistakes and pressing forth and honestly f*** I don't know you're still going to grow room for improvement and I have a honest side to my personality that I'm trying to share with all of you through these albums and at an alarming rate I keep putting together these albums and it becomes more of a sense to give you all an education as well as myself he's honestly to the vocal words that I spit I actually learned from what I actually expressed so it's like learning as I go which is kind of the same thing for everybody else too but for me it's a little different I actually take everything that I've done in the past face value and I keep moving on cuz I've been living through a nightmare and it's been getting worse and getting better and getting worse and getting better like yeah anyway there's more to come on the next album so break yourself for this the three-fold law that's what it's called he actually believe it no I actually said can you all actually believe it that's what I meant and anyway let's get into this Hammer to the nails this is a three-fold law for you all enjoy
