If you have been alive for any amount of time you would know that rejection or the fear of rejection is something that we all must deal with at some point. Today we look at how we can reframe our perspective on rejection and build up the confidence to ask for what we really want in life.

For so many of us, even simply the suggestion of rejection by someone else or a group of people has kept us locked up in chains mentally and stopped us from moving forward. Not anymore, not today! Don’t let the fear of rejection hold you back from who you were created to be and what you were created to do.
