What’s going on? In this fun episode, Anish Grimes and I discuss school, kids growth, and future. Anish helps us prepare for the launch of her first book, “To Teach or Not To Teach”. She has partnered with several other educators to launch this book.
She will be discussing how educators plan to go beyond the box to reach children in all areas. It’s a great time to tune in and enjoy some laughs while gaining perspective. Let’s Mull it over.

In this episode, we discuss the idea of. Are you ready for your next level. Many times we have a great plan grandiose ideas without no real mapping, planning, or strategy. I was told failure to plan, is planning to fail. Or could it be a twist, who knows? What’s your opinion? Let’s Mull It Over!

In today’s episode, we discussed how we can sometimes have a fear of being the first to do a thing. We have to challenge ourselves to break generational choices, generational curses, and generational ignorance. We must strive to put our best foot forward and be first to do it at times even when it seems like your support isn’t there still be first. Even when you’re not the first want to do it, you can be the first to be the next one to carry the torch and start tradition. Are you up to the challenge?

Season 3 is off and running and this is how I feel…
Everybody is not going to see the vision you have or understand the vision God gave to you, so we find people with us but they not really with us. They offer fake support or fake friendships and they’re often disguised as being helpful or wise. In the days of Noah, no one understood why he had to build a boat or even why Moses had to throw the rod to the ground. But the vision carriers understood that when they followed the orders given, the outcome was life changing. Don’t let anyone discourage your vision if its led by God. Let’s mull it over.

Ever find it funny, how no matter how much good you do, one wrong accusation, and nothing else matters. With the gravity of everything going on in the world today from scandals, lies, bad decisions, etc. I believe we all have fallen victim or played a part in the criticism someone before we even knew if it was true or not? In this episode, we dive into the whole idea of character assassination.
Let’s MullitOver!

in today's episode we discuss how black men need to take better care of their mental state. we sometimes get so lost in playing the hero that we forget to be the victim. Meaning we need to seek help sometimes rather than give it. Yes SuperMEN, we have kryptonite! So let MullitOver
What’s going on? In this episode we discuss how our community lacks proper leadership. We also dive into how the current leaders need help and possible solutions to be able to gain insight with our youth. I know for what I am seeing in today’s youth it’s pretty scary. It seems as though they have no real vision for a future. If everything is based on right now, we are truly raising a lost generation. So instead of just speaking on what we think, I would love if we could move forward and start creating solutions and creating communities that push positivity peace and love in its truest essence. Well if you read all that you might as well tune in. Let’s MullitOver!!!

Everything that has happened in your life was on purpose. I mean everything! Some were good, some things bad but all were intentional. Some of the bad was not to bring you down but used to build you up. God has a perfectly orchestrated plan for your every decision. I you, I, WE have to do is be grateful for the journey and take advantage of all of the opportunities it presents us with.. Or should we? I do not lets Mull it Over.

This is the return episode. It looked bad but now I’m back like I never left. One of God’s promises is no lack and guess what? He has proven to be true yet again! Sit back and let’s MullitOver.

In this episode, Randi and I discuss how people do not like to invest in themselves and they don’t like to pay you what is owed to you, which can sometimes go hand-in-hand. I would bet there’s a statistic to say people who fail to invest in themselves also look for various ways to cut corners when investing or helping others. But ironically, they will invest in what they want no matter what the cost at times. I don’t know I could be way off let’s MullitOver.

This episode is an extension of last seasons episode of "Sleeve Talk with Charron". In today's episode we have Tieara & Sye talking about their journeys from past, present to future We will discuss life before and after the "RNY." In this episode, Randi and I discuss how procrastination can lead to other bad/poor habits. Sometimes in procrastinating, you missed key moments in life and things that you may not ever recover. We all have done it everyone’s guilty. This is not to point the blame and say who was right or wrong for when they did it. It’s just making the right call next time, if there is one. Remember the slogan, and always abide in it carpe diem which means seize the day. Meanwhile, that’s MullitOver

Episode 25. It is a brief discussion on how you feel or how you should feel in regards to how people feel about you. Sometimes we go above and beyond to make people feel like they like us and want to be around us. The best part of a thing is that it doesn’t fit in with everything, you were made to be different. That’s why eagles don’t run with sparrows. They’re both birds they just move differently. This episode is brief to put thoughts in your mind and maybe even opened someone’s mind to the idea stop letting other people tell you who you are.
We often go above and beyond for friends and loved ones. In your head you think, they would the same for me! Only to find out that they would NOT. It is no knock against them, you just expected too much out of them. Save yourself the heart ache and heart break and just don't give them that much excess to your thought and feelings. Let's jump rihght in and MullitOver

What's up y'all? In this episode we discuss how your response, in a situation that is meant to break you down, can actually create your breakthrough. Your response is bigger than the situation. People will give you bad news just to watch you break down, but don't give them the privilege, they're not worth it. I've already told you to "Watch Your Mouth", now it's time to plan your response. "A soft answer turns away wrath." Let's Mull it over.

OK, so on this episode we discuss how everything that glitters isn’t gold and how the grass isn’t always greener… not in those exact words, but you get the gist. Just because you see something, doesn’t mean it’s truth or reality. Many people live false lives through social media and if you’re not careful you’ll get caught up in believing what you see or caring for that matter. It’s not up to us to determine if what someone is showing true or false or is it? Let’s MullitOver
In today’s episode we’ll dive into a common discussion between parents across the world, our kids! Are we really the cause of a “problematic” generation? Did we do anything wrong? Are we to blame? What do we do from here? Let’s mull it over.

In this episode I give my take on happiness and how it’s attained. I mean think about it, some people say you can’t buy happiness, while others believe you can buy anything for the right price. True story… if happiness can be bought, why is it that wealthy people have one of the highest suicide rates? Let’s MullitOver

You ever talk yourself out of or into something? Sometimes if we aren't careful, we can talk ourselves out of blessings, promotions, positions, etc. The tongue plays a huge part in our self-development, image, and life outlook all together. With that being said we have to watch what we say about ourselves and others. Remember, the tongue controls life and death!! We should always promote ourselves and others with encouraging words. No matter how bad the situation is, speak life. You can change your whole world if you just WATCH YO MOUTH.....Come on, let's MullitOver
Why do we fail to invest in ourselves? In this episode we tackle the ideal of self-investing and self-doubt. The greatest investment one can make is trusting God and the person God made them to be. All it takes is one seed. Will it be a seed of doubt or a mustard seed "like" faith, which creates the biggest impact! Let's Mull It Over.
In this episode, I mull over Sexual Abuse Awareness with special guest, Tia Payne. Tia is an advocate for both, sexual abuse and domestic violence. She spreads awareness and advocates with a powerful message of experience and passion through her non-profit organization, Legacy 31. She helps men and women who have been abused in anyway and she educates on what abuse is, how to recognize it, and the actions to take after someone has been assaulted.

In this episode we tackle the theory of price change and in my DJ Khalid voice, "Yesterday's price is not today's price". Often times we seem to have a problem when prices change, especially in the small business realm. The bible says, "do not despise small beginnings", so the idea is not to stay small forever. Let's mull over the idea that GROWTH to growers is inevitable.
Peace!

This episode comes on the heel of Natasha "Tater" Fitch's birthday and my one-week hiatus......In this episode we take on the thought that everybody that asks for help (in any way) doesn't always want the help you may offer. Sometimes people just want you to waste your breath. With that, we have to use our super-power to fend off these negative vibes or people and that super-power is discernment.
I'll give a few ways to recognize when someone is wasting your time and also how to level up your thinking.

In this episode we dive deep into the theory of forgiveness. Sometimes we have to realize in order to forgive someone else, we must learn to forgive ourselves. I'll give you a couple steps courtesy of Mayoclinic.org and greatergood.berkeley.edu. It gets a little preachy, just a heads up, but it's worth the listen. Tune in now.

I'm not going to beat around the bush in this episode! I see and hear many people blame generational curses for things they choose to do. We must be able to rightly separate truth from the lies. Is there a such thing as generational curse(s)? Yes, absolutely!!! However, we have more control than we think and that is the problem. Our thinking has to evolve in order for us to change ANYTHING!!!

In this episode we mull over how a black woman rose above her environment to become a "Top 40 under 40" recipient, not once, but twice. She has several degrees BA, MA, and of course a PhD. She is black history. She is evidence of all the men and women who fought and died for her to have a seat at the table. Let's mull it over with Dr. D.

Ok, after some recent social media events, my wheels started spinning. Today we discuss how in life, just one blip can scar your character. SMH. It's so unfortunate that is what our world has come to; but we must be open to the reality of "people are people and they're not Jesus".
Let's Mull over the fact that we are capable of human error.
