WRDW the Q is a weekly podcast hosted by Robbie D. Wood. Each week a member of upper management will discuss topics important to our drivers and their families.

On this week's episode of WRDW the Q Eddie Allison discusses many of the wins from 2022 as well as his goals regarding safety and safe driving in 2023. Of the wins and goals discussed, he says there is one common theme: our high caliber of drivers. Eddie shares stories of how our drivers have welcomed our new ELD system, the scorecard it provides, and the camera implementation. He also talks about several of our drivers stopping to help out other, non-RDW drivers after witnessing accidents on the road. Eddie said he's been called to pull footage approximately 12 times by Robbie D Wood drivers who wanted to make sure the other commercial drivers on the road were protected, something he says he is more than happy to do.

On this week's episode of WRDW the Q, Brett, Tiffany, and Robbie discuss Driver Appreciation Week and what the company and our vendors are doing to make this week and every week special for our drivers. They also call several of our top performing drivers to personally thank them for all of their hard work. Each dispatch top performer received a $200 gift card on Tuesday for being the top performing driver of their load board. Randy Gunter was nominated and voted on as the top performing driver overall for the fleet. As such, he will be awarded with a 55" LED TV.
