On this weeks episode, I was able to speak with The Neugents. Chris and Princess are high school sweethearts that are both full time entrepreneurs. Chris is a former vet who is now a full-time trader and Princess runs an online boutique. Princess is a previous guest on the show. This episode I got to take a deep dive into Chris's journey into entrepreneurship as well. The couple has done a few things in the entrepreneur world and found their niches that best fit their personalities. On this weeks episode, I was able to speak with Princess Neugent. Princess is a mother and wife who owns a 6 Figure online boutique store called Shop NEUGENT. She started her business from scratch with no help just pure grind and trial and error. Princess started with shoes and expanded to a full store and has now transitioned to scaling her business where a fulfillment center handles filling her orders. If this isnt enough to impress you, Princess best month in the business was a 42k month. Princess attributed a lot of her success to her marketing techniques from influencer marketing to Facebook ads. Princess explained her journey from a small startup to a 6-Figure business. On this weeks episode, I was able to speak with Anthony and Jhanilka Hartzog aka The Hatrimony. They started off paying of $114k of debt in 23 months by taking on a plethora of side hustles to tackle the debt. Most think you have to save your way out of debt. Not often do people think to increase income exponentially so that they dont have to alter their way of living. During their debt elimination journey they even turned one of their side hustles into a 6-figure business and also turned their brand 'The Hartrimony' into a 7-figure brand.

On this weeks episode, I was able to speak with Xavier and also dive into his relationship of past guest Adrian Crump. Xavier is a former vet who also is killing it as an Independent Insurance Adjuster. We took a deep dive in how he got on his wealth journey and how he made his way to IA and the benefits its provided for him building wealth. We then took a look at Xavier and Adrian's relationship and how they have formed a power couple. We talked about how they handle their finances and have worked together as a team to acquire assets ranging from mobile homes, to stocks and crypto, and are quickly adding to the list. They explain how true focus and putting in the work have led to exponential growth. They also break down how they are able to find balance within their relationship to where they can not only build but enjoy the fruits of their labor.

This week I was able to talk with Alex Kamunyo. He is half of the Money Monopolizers Podcast. He also is a real estate investor as well as the CEO of a 6 figure cleaning business that generated 200k in his first year. We discussed his journey to financial freedom and how he was able to hit this milestone at 25 years old. This week I was able to talk with Royal Banks. He is the owner of assurance DNA. Yes, he runs a DNA company you read that right. He is in a very niche lucrative field making money off of DNA testing. He started with an emmissions testing station, went and got his dealers license, then branched to a car repair shop, then created a Turo business. On this weeks episode, I was able to speak with my Real Estate expert Lawrence Fuller. He went from being fired from his job to bringing in 600k in one year just wholesaling real estate. He has since then turned into a creative real estate investor raising over 1.5 million in private money while helping regular working class people find a place to have their money work and make a better return than what they are currently getting. Lawrence now sits on 22k a month in passive income while still taking on the fix and flip methos in real estate. Lawrence went into details on how to get into any aspect of real estate from wholesaling, to rentals, to fix and flip. He has also started working with new construction as of this year. On this weeks episode, I bring on Briana Brown-Outlaw to discuss mental health. Mental Health is part of your journey and you need to make sure you have your mind in order. You mental is the foundation. Often times on our wealth journey we tend to forget life happens and also that we are human when we start building traction. Briana comes through to do a deep dive on mental health and her journey overcoming depression and pivoting into pouring back into the community and helping others fight their battles. She also peeked into my soul briefly and gave me a lot of insight. We discussed coping mechanisms, the different ways to address underlying issues, and how the black community needs to take mental health more seriously. On this weeks episode, I bring Brandie Warren on with me to talk real estate. Brandie and I discuss her journey from working at the post office to enlisting in the army, to finally stepping out and diving into the world of real estate. We had a chance to discuss many different avenues available in real estate from BRRR, AirBnB, multifamilies. Also she explained pros and cons of renting vs. owning. We even discussed how she personally brought in 20k in 6 months from AirBnB on accident and how that catapulted her into the world she is beginning to make a name for herself.

Q comes from the west side of Chicago and we discuss his journey on eliminating $33k of debt while not making the most money. We discuss his budgeting strategy and how Dave Ramsey's "baby steps" helped him on his journey to eliminating debt and building wealth for his family.
