Bella trained as a scientist and worked at a major life sciences company as a process excellence and business improvement leader, bringing the worlds of lean and creativity together in research and development. She is experienced in Continuous Improvement, Lean Improvement, Lean Product and Process Development, Change Management and is a Creative Problem Solving (CPS) facilitator. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Lean Product and Process Development Exchange (LPPDE.) Bella is the author of “Creatively Lean: How to Get Out of Your Own Way and Drive Innovation throughout Your Organization”
Justin Swain joins us on this weeks podcast. Justin is a Lean practitioner with over 20 years experience across many different industries such as Automotive, Postal & Healthcare. Currently working for Eastern Health which largest integrated health organization in Newfoundland and Labrador they provide the full continuum of health services to a regional population of more than 300,000 and are responsible for a number of unique provincial programs.

Joanna has helped coordinate Agile-Lean events internationally and is a board member of Agile-Lean Ireland. She is an active member of the Global Agile Community organizing and speaking at various Agile-Lean events. In 2018-2019 she was on the European Scrum Gathering Team with Scrum Alliance.
