For all my mom or moms in preparation - We have a responsibility to raise healthy masculine men... and the secret to that is not in telling them what to do, but leaning back and embodying our feminine essence. In this episode with Martine De Luna we explore wholeness through the lens of polarity work in motherhood.
In this episode we discuss:
About my guest: Martine De Luna
Martine De Luna is a wife of 16 years, mom of a son and daughter, and also a certified Transformational life coach specifically for women. Her coaching is for women who are ready to learn how to respect the masculine in men, and in her son (for mothers).
Mother of Kings is a live masterclass she is teaching for women who desire to understand how to assume a feminine role (rather than a “devouring mother” role), so that their son’s masculine instincts can naturally be encouraged, which serves them to direct their will to growing up as Men. The class will be taught live, with a replay available for 1 year access (for those

When we reparent our younger parts with unconditional love, we not only heal our inner children, we start to build a relationship and an embodied knowing of unconditional love. AND love as the Holy Mother and Beloved Father, the divine feminine and the divine masculine. These are universal principles/energies that we all have access too. And the imprint of how we start to understand this love from the universe is through the imprinting of our parents. Cultivating a relationship with unconditional love is deeply healing, heals our younger parts, and informs our way of being and loving.
In this solo episode, I share some of the work I do with my clients on healing through cultivating a relationship with unconditional love.
If you have questions or are curious how to work this practice into your life, reach out, work with me 1:1 or join my community.

I now support coaches, leaders, and parents in cultivating their own path of wholeness, building practices of regulation, healing negative self-talk, healing child parts, unpacking their childhood, and rewiring their life to live into their best self.

If you are looking to explore the world of conscious parenting this episode is for you. Sarah Hesketh is the cofounder of Raising Wholeness, with me (your host)! We've been a little off sync with releases the past month, as Sarah, and I have been birthing this new project. When we approach parenting in a reciprocal model, we open to a new orientation where parenting can be the most catalyzing spiritual pathway. In this episode, we discuss moving from compliance-based parenting into reciprocal/conscious parenting which is based in presence and awareness. We discuss the importance of language, specifically declarative language and how beneficial it can be to helping your mini mystics develop the foundations for critical thinking and self awareness as well as the importance of understanding childhood and human development to meet children where they are at in order to nuture their fullest potential and to raise them in wholeness.
Sarah is an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist. She has many years of experience working with children of all ages and learning differences. Sarah uses a whole child approach to therapy to support all areas of development. She enjoys getting to the root cause of issues and loves to support the needs of each individual child and family. Areas of interest include speech sound/motor, speech disorders, social learning and executive functioning skill development. Sarah has lived in NH all her life. She enjoys camping, walking in the woods, meditating, and spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.

In this episode, we explore the practice of pelvic floor work, and how building connection and intimacy with our womb we cultivate deep healing and connection. Sydney Zwicker is a bodyworker and women’s health mentor based in Denver, Colorado. She shares mediation practices, yoni egg practices, the flow and grace associated with following the female hormonal cycle, and the importance of embodying healthy connection with our womb not just for ourselves but for us as role models to future generations.
Sydney’s intention is to give clients and students the tools to journey into wholeness. She believes there is no one way, nor right way to heal. It’s a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of courage. Her passion is to be a catalyst in shedding the stigma of the female-lived experience, through embodiment practices, such as Qoya, Holistic Pelvic Care and Women’s Health Massage. Outside of her in-person bodywork practice, she offers online courses, workshops and 1:1 coaching programs to help women reclaim their essence and embody their truth.

Check out this beautiful exploration into council, collective healing, belonging, connecting to our roots, and embracing the shadow. Council creates space for practicing speaking from the heart, opening to spontaneity, and cultivating deep listening. Through council, we hear stories of the collective consciousness of the group, and each story has insights into our own healing. Lillian has used this practice with kids, women's groups, prisons, and corporate America, the benefits of this practice can be applied to anyone looking to build community.
Lillian Söderman has spent over a decade facilitating circles and is certified in a process called Council. She left her career as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor to pursue the practice. Her facilitation experience ranges from the general population to corporations to prisons to schools. When she’s not practicing Council, Lillian is a musician and plays shows frequently around Colorado.

In this episode, we explore spiritual emergence, through the lens of transpersonal psychology, and holotropic states of being. I love how Jay points out the play on words between Spiritual Emergence and Spiritual Emergency. The initiation into our own spiritual awakening is about what is coming in and through us, and often this embodied experience can leave us with a sense of emergency/urgency of how to live from this new way.
In the mid-90s, Jay followed experiences of spiritual emergence into the experiential doctoral program at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. Until transitioning into his roles for Grof Legacy Project, Jay has primarily worked as a lawyer/mediator while teaching and supervising dissertation research in transpersonal psychology. Jay has assisted the facilitation of holotropic breathwork in the US, Canada, UK, India and China and is a certified Grof® Breathwork Facilitator. He will act as a Director and Secretary-Treasurer for the Project and is particularly interested in developing the research branch of Grof Legacy Project, including projects using the lens of archetypal astrology to examine correlations between nonordinary state experiences and indications from transit and natal charts. Jay currently divides his time between Helena, Montana, and Los Angeles. Along with colleagues, Jay will assist in the development of Grof® Breathwork workshops and Grof Legacy Project training opportunities in southern California and various other parts of the United States, as well as developing online programs in Stan's work.

In this episode, we explore the intersection of spirituality and advocacy with Shani Nicole, The Empath Realist. Through her own inner work, integrating shadows, generational and cultural trauma, Shani has built a platform to help others deepen into their spiritual practice in order to come to advocacy work from a healed, centered, and grounded place. Through healing, we embody the change that we seek to create in the world.
Shani is an Artist, Educator, a Creative Consultant, Public Speaker, Spiritual Coach, and Writer and creator of "The Empathic Realist,” a platform to find avenues and access to collective healing and re-education for all oppressed communities around the globe, where she challenges & critiques systems and ideologies through critical thinking, scholarly research, intuitive guidance and by interacting with communities across the globe. These practices allow her to hold space for downloading unbiased opinions by looking through an empathic, compassionate, & humanist lens, in order to uncover the root issues and failures across societies; on a local, national and international basis. As issues / causes are discovered, she uses a variety of creative methods to express them: music, education, poetry / spoken word, ancient healing modalities / practices, and engaging in soulful conversations with others; paving the way for a collective space that approaches solutions in a more spiritual, harmonious, and decolonized way.
