This is a time capsule of not only Andy's life, but of life in the 70s and 80s, when Studio 54 was swinging and beyond. Full of salacious gossip and scandal through Andy's eyes, as he had called his friend Pat each day, and given her the run down of the latest party, dinner, or even observations from a local park bench. This is a short excerpt from the book Warhol by Blake Gopnik. In this episode we learn about Andy's very early life with his parents and his relationship with the church. In some circles it is said he is very religious and in some other instances it seems he wasn't all all, although it can be agreed there are some references in his work, more apparently in his later years.
