In this episode, I share with you one of my most vulnerable moments as a school owner. A decision I made totally changed my life and the whole story of my school and lifted my school into a totally different league than before. At that moment, I didn't know if it all would work out, but my pain of not being able to speak my truth was bigger than my fear of rejection and failure. Since then, I have followed this feeling ever since I always choose truth and transparency over pleasing others whenever making any big decision.

Some of us tend to refuse help even when we're struggling. "I got this, no worries, thanks!" And then we regret it. Though lately, I realised how much easier it is, and I am learning to ask for help and assign tasks to those who can take care of them so much better than I would.
