Jeff moved from New Orleans to Houston after Hurricane Katrina and found work as data entry behind the desk at a logistic company. He began working on solving problems for customers and soon found himself regularly in customer-facing meetings helping sales people close deals.
Eventually, he became a sales rep for a large Fortune 200 Logistics firm where he continues helping clients to this day. He has been active in Real Estate since 2015. He is an owner/operator of Bridgestone Holdings, LLC maintaining a portfolio of rental properties as well as fixing and flipping single family houses in Houston and surrounding areas.
In 2021, Jeff and Bridgestone moved into a more strategic arena partnering in 2 large apartment syndications for over 500 units. Jeff resides in Spring, TX with his beautiful wife, Cindy, and their 5 children. Jeff has seen the benefits of how real estate can help grow net worth and wants to help others do the same.

Eric Upchurch is an Army Special Operations veteran who grew up in Central Iowa before attending college in California. Adrian Chuquillangui is the host of the St.Joseph’s Capital podcast, and the founder and CEO of St. Joseph’s Capital, a commercial multifamily real estate investment company with the purpose of inviting faith-driven leaders into a world of new streams of passive income and impact while assisting missionaries committed to sharing the hope and joy of the gospel with high school and college students worldwide.
He is a Catholic husband (married to Alexandra of 3 years), father of 2 boys (Logan and Luca), active-duty U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Officer, and multifamily real estate investor. Adrian played basketball for four years at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Operations Research and Computer Analysis. It was during this time at the Academy when Adrian had a few FOCUS (the Fellowship of Catholic University Students) missionaries invest and pour into his growth as a man and follower of Christ, and the seed was planted in Adrian’s heart which has grown into a deep passion of living the mission of the New Evangelization.
Throughout their journey in the USCG, the Chuquillangui family has been blessed with opportunities to serve in and support parish missions at each duty station including youth ministry and campus ministry allowing them to share their love for Christ with students and to be a resource for those diving into their faith. This has fueled Adrian’s desire to pursue financial freedom through the vehicle of multifamily real estate investing so that after the completion of his military obligation, he can transition to being present and doubling down on raising his growing family while continuing to invest in real estate and serving the mission of the New Evangelization. Adrian is a member of the Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) Military Multifamily Mastermind and Academy and is a Limited Partner of 72 apartment units. He is currently on a mission to become a General Partner in commercial multifamily syndication with a focus on raising capital.
