over the last 3.5 years I've made lots of mistakes, learned from them, and grown what used to be an Etsy sticker shop, to a mindful community.

anyone can start their own business, all it takes is a dream and dedication to never give up.

here's what I've learned so far, grab a cup of joe and let's talk! ☕️

healing is a part of life. the human experience is full of many things, but pain is the concept that scars us the most. we can't heal if we don't feel (this episodes discusses this further) but how do we know the difference between just simply feeling what wounded us, and actually healing from it? let's chat and find out 🫶

we're often taught to think and act certain ways whether it's learned in school, at home, in your community, or environmental influences.

what we aren't taught is how to think on our own. how to become the unique individuals we were designed to become.

this episode I'm discussing, in depth, the dangers of group thinking and how to regain the strength to think for ourselves and trust our gut! Hope you enjoy 🫶

joining us today is my friend Sophia Light and we're doing a deep dive on our friendship and all it's ups and downs. we're, mindfully, letting all our business hang out this week LOL. And yes.. I had her blocked for A WHOLE YEAR..

grab a cup of joe because this one's a long one! ☕️

I made some renovations to the podcast and this is episode 1 of "mindfully, minding my business"!

this episode is an intro into about what content can be expected in this podcast as well as sharing my diagnosis with depression and it's probably really not what you think it's about..

it's actually discussing in depth how being diagnosed help me better know how to fight. how to see clearly WHEN and HOW my body is lying to me. it's helped me not stay pigeon hold in the depression but actually give myself a fighting chance to get through it.

my hope is for this podcast to help you see diagnosis' in a different light and different perspective. ☕️

Hello beautiful humans, happy Monday!

have you ever felt like your leading motivation to change or even get help or go to therapy is the question "am I the problem", or maybe you've asked yourself "what's wrong with me?"

This weeks we're discussing the root of this question and it's origin based off of comparisons and socially acceptable standards that trap us into being defined and predictable rather than celebratory of what makes us stand out as unique individuals.

Hope you enjoy! grab your favorite snack or beverage and lets chat ☕️

have you ever found yourself believing for a miracle only to feel "let down"? Have you ever heard of miraculous stories and wondered "why doesn't anything like that ever happen to me?". Often times we hold on to these stories and miracles that happened on the spot or in a moment but we don't often hear about people loving a process. About pushing through when the going gets tough. We want the microwaved miracle, not the slow oven bake process.

This weeks episode I'm deep diving into the value of walking through a process rather than an in-the-moment miracle. Miracles are real and amazing things, but the value of learning through a process and walking step by step through it will build something beyond just a moment.

Joining me today, is a creative friend of mine: Sophia Light (the face behind Spark Passion) and we're discussing, in depth, the struggles of being a creative and constantly feeling like production = productivity when in reality, why did God really create us in the first place? to produce? or to exist and dwell in the same space as us?

A lot of times it's easy to get wrapped up in our routines, to do lists, accomplishments etc. but all those things aside, who are you really? are you okay with just simply existing? is that viewed as "good enough" in the eyes of God? because the world tends to tell us it's lazy and unproductive..

I hope you enjoy this week's episode, grab a cup of Joe (or you're fav snack/bev) and let's chat! ☕️

Hello Beautiful Humans ☕️

Today's episode we're discussing, in depth, how each of us were born to stand out in a world that spends every effort convincing us that we must fit in..

My hopes for this podcast are to bring inner healing if you've been hurt by the world or the body of Christ and to encourage us to heal the world as well as the body of Christ. We all have a part to play and it's important to focus on how WE can cultivate a safe place where effective change can happen 🤍

Hello Beautiful Humans! Episode 16 is officially live!

This episode encompasses real life experiences of being gossiped about AND being the gossiper and how it's affected my personal relationships in the past!

My hopes are that we find ways to mindfully navigate bringing God into our situation, go straight to the person we have the conflict with, and how to effectively bring in a third party who will bring WISDOM into the situation instead of picking your side and forming an alliance.

in this week's episode I'll be discussing in depth the issues with social media and group thinking that specifically disrupt society. We dive into how picking a side is like weighting one side of a scale and not the other. Picking a side is actually the opposite of balance and each individual has to define balance for themselves. The only thing we actually owe another human being is our obligation to love one another (Romans 13:8).

Hello Beautiful Humans!

This weeks episode we'll be diving into the topic of how people change.. this can either bring up bitterness in our hearts or thankfulness for the relationships that have served their purpose.

Either way I'm hoping to shed light on the neutral standpoint that people do in fact grow and change and evolve upon learning new information and how our differences should be celebrated!

Hope this helps you, much love!
